It’s a really good service and easy to use, however on this occasion someone moved my vehicle, no issues with that In itself I knew they may have needed to move it, but they dropped a load of mud in the footwell and step up (it’s a van) the van was spotless before dropping it off. This just spoiled the experience a little

My EasyJet flight from Amsterdam to Manchester was cancelled on 31st August which was the day of the flight. I couldn't get another flight until the 2nd September. So to add to my misery I was charged £63.40 per day so a total of £126.8 for overstaying by two days. There was no option to extend my car park booking by two days. Absolute shocking way to treat customers and is just blatant day light robbery. My insurance doesn't cover this type of thing and EasyJet don't take any responsibility either. So be warned.

Very close to the airport. Secure compound. Easy booking in process, only took a couple of minutes. Bus was ready to leave for the airport but waited for us to park up and booking in. Upon return to Manchester, telephoned the office after collecting luggage and bus arrived to collect us within a few minutes. Would definitely use this company again.

Can't fault it, exactly as described. Car park felt safe and secure. It's a short minibus to the airport - didn't have to wait long at all for it, both on arrival and return - and there were no hidden fees related to this or anything else. All the staff I encountered were pleasant and courteous. No issues whatsoever with the car upon return. All very efficient and easy and at a good price. Would recommend and will use again.

Third time parking, friendly and efficient, easy and quick transfers to and from airport

I've used T2 Meet & Greet so many times without issue and really happy to do so.
In the last 2 years alone, I have parked there 8 times. The last 2 times (In June and August 2026), I have changed my mind. On 27th June I collected my car around 12.30pm, and when I scanned my ticket, it was still registering the previous persons code for some reason so it opened their key door, and I ended up with the wrong key. We realised what had happened, I gave him his key and then went to find help.
The staff member was very rude, very breathless, everything seemed too much for him. After shouting at me ' I don't know what you've done' it took me snapping back at him ' I haven't done anything on purpose' to actually get him to help me.

This time, I have returned at 6pm on 25th August to get my key. There wasn't a single staff member at the key collection point but not to worry. I found my car, (level b) and though it's dark and dingy up there, I had a look, my car seemed fine so I drove home. Getting out of the car an hour later, I could see that there's a dint in my drivers door, which I couldn't see before in the darkness of the carpark.
I emailed Manchester Airport with photos and a week later received a charming (not) email from Frank, who basically told me it was tough - I SHOULD have reported it then- when
A) I couldn't see it in the darkness and
B) to whom? there was no staff at the collection point even if I had seen it.

Anyway, charming Frank says it's in the T&C's which 'you agreed to' and I'll need to speak to my insurers. Great.

The fact they scan your car on the way in and I'm pretty sure, on the way out, would suggest that they could actually see there was an issue, but they're happy to take your money but bear no responsibility.

Doesn't leave you with any faith at all in them and a want to use them again.

This was easy, efficient and well worth the money. Ran like clockwork and will definitely always use Machester airport parking in the future.

I always use and recommend airport parking Manchester for their reliability, safety and security. I used multiple times a month and the staff are always friendly and pleasant. They endeavour to drop off and collect as swiftly as possible and are only 5mins or so from terminal 3. Really good value for money and I can leave my car with great peace of mind.

Amazing service, easy to find where it is. Safe and secure car park. Mini bus straight to the airport and then information of what to do on your return. Given keys back and car is ready for you! Amazing service.

Very simple parking, arrived and found a empty parking spot and then took the minibus to the airport, returned 12 days later, called them when I come out of the terminal after baggage and we was collected 10 minutes later by the minibus back to the car park, we would definitely use again

This is the second time we have used this service. Staff are fabulously accommodating, making everything feel easy and seamless. Pick ups from airport are prompt, and instructions on where to meet after arrival are clear. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and we will certainly be rebooking with them whenever we fly from Manchester.
