Excellent service

Never again!! Be warned. Upon arriving back into Manchester airport at 10pm at night and collecting our luggage we waited in arrivals and started to call the two mobile numbers as told. Neither would connect for over 45mins at this point it was past 11pm and we were stranded. Customer services were not answering so we were cold, tired and very stressed after a long flight. I had to book anUBER back to the car park base which cost me nearly £17. Upon arriving, the man in reception had no idea why this had happened but the calls were not connecting to his mobile phones as we tried numerous times. The company have since offered me my money back for the taxi and a small discount on another stay which I feel is completely unacceptable for the stressful experience we had returning from our holiday. They have concluded that there was a problem with the phone line.

Very good service from start to finish. Bus was waiting to take me to the airport when I arrived and was waiting at the bus stop when we landed.

Well another superb holiday over and again used APM (airport parking manchester) at Moss lane . These guys know exactly how to run a parking business. Very well organised and a friendly bunch of guys. If you've never used them I would highly recommend. You hear stories of staff using your pride and joy while on holiday, NOT these guys I always clock my mileage prior to leaving the car and honestly say it's always same on my return. These guys deserve credit where due. And on another plus note they are always prompt to pick you up at airport too. Great prices lovely carpark and well placed 3min from airport. If reading this go book with these guys at APM next time you're going from Manchester airport. But save me a place please 😁😁.

Meet and Greet is like the worst type of mini-cab company.
Ring before arrival - tried. Couldn't get through. Stress. Eventually spoke to them and they said the driver was waiting for us. We called again when we arrived and were told the drive wouldn't be long. More stress and delay.
Return - called when we had claimed luggage as directed and were sent to the wrong floor of car park. Then we were told the driver was just leaving and would be another 10 mins. Standing in the cold in summer clothes until 20 mins later we had our call. SO much easier to use the airport drop off service.
Finally - we were told not to forget to pay the exit charge (£6.60) to get out of the carpark. A charge not mentioned at time of booking which made this supposedly premium experience more expensive than the Airport run service which is always excellent. Will avoid these cowboys in future.

Easy booking procedure and smooth drop off of car, taken to airport and collected after our holiday. Very simple and straightforward

Friendly and helpful staff provide transfers to and from the terminal. The car park is just a few minutes from the airport and offers plenty of parking spaces. You can choose to leave your key with them or keep it with you. The cost was approximately £50 to leave the car on Monday at midday and collect it on Friday evening.

It’s was very straight forward, directions took us straight there without any problems, once parked we were taken straight to terminal, will definitely use again.

Do not trust with your car, we have came of holiday and had damage to the interior of the car ventilation which had been broken. I explained this to the desk and she said a manager would come up as soon as. Then she had to come up and said that the manager had gone out in the car so would have to be her who helped after waiting 20 mins. Then for her to say it could have been done as they park to close to other cars and sometimes have to climb in the vehicles to access. She said its the last thing you want when you get of holiday at 1 in the morning and said she will get pictures and send to a manager. We then had an email approximately 3 hours later which was generic saying they take no responsibility for the damage of the car and that's was it of the email. We had phoned twice the next morning and first person said they will get a manager to phone back and second began laughing and being sarcastic about the situation stating I can see a manager her can you to another colleague whilst on the phone. The appalling staffing by a company that is supposedly meant to look after your car. I would say either get a taxi or find somewhere else to park as these do not want to help after taking your money. It's a shame when all you want after holiday is to get home with no problems. Trading standards have now been notified and will be investigated further.

We had a minor issue with our booking that the system was struggling deal with. Imran went above and beyond to help us out and we could not be more grateful for all his help. He’s saved us a lot of stress and messing about!!!!

They charge extortionate charges, and to add they have now had a security breach and so have leaked my private data … disgraceful, the directors should be ashamed of themselves putting my costs into profit rather than service and security.

Great facilities, easy process, frequent shuttle to the airport. Great overall, will use again.

Use these guys every time, it’s always dead straightforward and very well organised.

Excellent service from start to finish. Location easy to find & staff very friendly & helpful. The shuttle bus was prompt both taking us to the airport & collecting us. Very reasonably priced & the site is secure. Would definitely recommend.

We have used Manchester drop and Go a few times now but the last two occasions fell short of expectations. The first of the two we found some of the staff in the car park area abrupt and rude.
The last experience a few weeks ago was a little disturbing. On returning to my vehicle a number of its settings had been changed, radio station, folding mirrors turned off and just felt a bit odd. I didn’t think too much of it at the time. I checked for wheel and bumper damage but was ok. However, when I cleaned the car a week later I found that the outer / underside of the side step on the drivers side and been scraped and damaged for about 2 feet long. I know that I hadn’t caused it therefore contacted airport parking.
They basically told me they couldn’t do anything, not even ask the driver of view the entry photos because we hadn’t reported it before leaving the car park.
The setting changes now made a bit more sense, as my car has collision damage sensors and is able to record incidents I can only assume the driver was looking to find and erase the evidence.
