Brilliant service used them 10 times now, modern and clean minibuses from the parking to the airport, friendly staff and a really well laid out secure parking area.
Toilet in office/waiting room all round great service and usually the best prices around for manchester airport.

Drop off was excellent straight forward, drivers were waiting. On return, we waited 40/45 mins at the collection point. Fortunately, it wasn’t too cold. Great location though few mins to the terminal building.

Manchester Airport’s pick-up and drop-off system is an absolute disgrace. It is confusing, stressful and seemingly designed to catch drivers out rather than make life easier for passengers. The signage is inadequate, and there is no clear barrier or obvious warning at the exit to tell you that payment is required. Then, without any meaningful warning, you receive a £100 penalty.
This is not what you would expect from a major international airport in the modern age. It feels less like a transport service and more like a deliberately engineered money-making trap. An airport that can handle millions of passengers should be capable of designing a simple, transparent system instead of profiting from people who are simply trying to drop someone off or pick them up.

Top notch from beginning till the end.

I’ve used this service 3 times this year, it’s easy, accessible, quick and good value for money. I felt looked after, the car was safe and I had peace of mind. So convenient.

We had a night flight out and back. APM was a fair bit cheaper than everywhere else, with a quick shuttle to the terminal. Dropped the keys off, got a receipt, and off we went. Coming back, we called them to tell them we were back, went outside, waited maybe 10 minutes, and the van was there to take us back. Pretty faultless really. The only niggle was finding it in the first place. Sat nav sends you down the correct lane, but in the dark it was very difficult to see the somewhat faded sign. There's a sliding gate that looks like a normal residential gate so it took a while aimlessly driving around until we found it. Now I know where it is, I'll definitely use it again.

l’m so glad l was able to find you again from my precious emails and re -book for my most recent trip, August 11-14, l have always loved the service. Let me say this recent experience was even much more enjoyable. The efficiency of the service is world class. No long wait on exit and on return l didn’t even wait more than 4 minutes. It’s just awesome to have a service that is seamless. So reliable.

The car park is a bit difficult to find. If there will be 2-3 signs on the road before it will help a lot. The place is safe, secure gate, cameras. A bit of issue when we come back, we need to wait a bit for the minibus to take us from the airport to parking. Overall was a great experience and i highly recommend it.

Car park easy to find and short distance from terminal 2. Good shuttle service there and back. Very reasonable price.

Timely drop off and pick up.

Instructions of where to park were not clear, resulting in us having to pay twice for driving through the incorrect car parks on arrival. It needs to be clearly explained which car park it is and which bays to go to.

On the return, we had to wait 40mins for the car to be brought to us (not ideal at 2.30am) to then be told we had to pay for the car park fee on the way out and they only cover the arrival fee.

Would not be returning as we have had wonderful experiences with other meet and greet airport services.
