Communication could be better.

Website was easy to navigate, and prices seemed fair. Free shipping is a positive. But I would have expected better communication and expediency after placing an order for many thousands of dollars. Other than a confirmation email immediately after placing the order, no communication even after nearly a week.

Overall bad customer service…

Overall bad customer service experience. My package came late did not come at the estimated shipping time. Also, I did not receive any feedback when I asked where my packages I still have not received my package. Where is it?

Order the furnace from the website…

Order the furnace from the website which said it was available. Four days later, get an email telling me the order was canceled due to lack of stock. You have no business doing Internet sales. If you do not have real time, inventory, connected to your website. I now have to find another supplier and redo this all over again. This delays my client and puts me more at risk of not being able to find equipment as the weather has gotten cold. As other people have complained customer service is near impossible to contact.

No Response …

I leave messages on the customer service line and no one calls me back about my order. Frustrating
Also my order says it’s been shipped but it hasn’t been pick up by the carrier. When I click on the tracking # that you gave me it says there is no tracking number for that item

We were considering purchasing an air…

We were considering purchasing an air filter but all our research lead us to a made in China product. Then one morning on Bard’s FM Scott was talking about Air Sanctuary and what a wonderful American company whose products are made in the USA, we were sold. The whole purchase experience was hassle free and even with a back log of orders we received our air filter within 2 weeks.
We will be purchasing another Air Filter in the near future from Air Sanctuary.

Good service in the order process so far!

Alexandra was very helpful answering questions andi putting together the quote including figuring out the extra shipping to Alaska. So far so good. I look forward to getting the equipment.
