Excellent customer service!
I rarely write reviews, but this company is amazing. 100% THE best customer service I have ever received. Ben was fantastic from start to finish. I had some concerns with the product when it had arrived, so I took some pics and sent an email and Ben called straight away. Ben dealt with the issue very professionally and was very helpful to resolve this matter. He went above and beyond any expectations and prioritised customer satisfaction. Thank you Ben. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service, ordered late at night and first thing the next morning I received a phone call from Ben thanking me for the order and updating me regarding delivery etc! My daughter hasn’t had chance to use it yet as it was a Christmas present but I’m 100% sure based on the customer service I have already received that if there was and issue it would be sorted so I have no worries 😄 would defo recommend and use the company again! 100% THE best customer service I have…
100% THE best customer service I have ever received. Ben was fantastic from start to finish. Updated me regularly with delivery, even called DHL on my behalf when goods were delayed - I didn’t even have to ask him - refreshing to deal with someone so responsive and willing to help. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent customer service
Speedy delivery & excellent customer service. I had a minor concern with the product when it had arrived, so I took some pics and sent an email, not really expecting a response that evening. However I was called straight away. Fortunately there was no need to move forward with my concerns. The product is in good order and I would buy from them again, because I feel if there was a major issue, they would help solve the problem.

Highly recommend- best customer service ever received
I can not begin to say how highly I would recommend this company to purchase gymnastic equipment. The customer service is better than any I have ever received. From date of purchase to delivery Ben stayed in touch regularly, he went above and beyond to sort out delivery when DHL delayed. He was understanding, prompt in his response, always available and just a all round pleasure to deal with.

The product arrived quickly and perfectly packed - without a ridiculous about of extra cardboard or plastic. The soft play itself its perfect! Great quality, good size and lovely colours.
