Garbage internet from The Avant at Pembroke Pines. I was promised high speed internet and got a turtle in return. It was so bad I had to pay an outside internet provider for service and pay for it. Shameful.

Excellent customer service!
I have been with Airwave now for about 4 years. I have found them very reliable. I have been working from home for the last 2.5 years and very rarely had any connection issues. Anytime I did feel the connection was lagging or dropping I just reached out via email or phone and received a response almost immediately. Their customer service is fantastic. I really can't fault them.

Michael just spent some time online advising and helping me even though Airwave themselves couldn't help on this occasion. It's a minefield out there but very impressed with my brief experience of Airwave, thank you again Michael.

very poor wifi for top package of 60…
very poor wifi for top package of 60 euros.I find that they try to deflect the very low downloading to all kind of different reasons thatis not associated to them.I keep sending them speed tests that proves this.
It dose not surprise that 67% of this company's reviews are poor

Extremely slow and inconsistent. One moment it can be fast, the other it's crawling or not working at all.
Please avoid.

Have used Airwave for just coming up to 2 years as my ISP.
Highly recommend them. Excellent customer service, fast response to any issues that may arise. they actually take ownership of the problem and more importantly take prompt action to resolve.
Had a problem 1 year in with the router, next day received new one from them.
Reasonable rates, good speeds.
Excellent company, too bad there are not more like them.
