Fantastic service, Great communication
David was particularly very helpful in getting me cheap and fantastic fares. I was initially uncomfortable but with regular reassurance from him, I was able to secure a good deal for my family.

My great experience was of the fact that I almost got all what I wanted, after my stressful bargain negotiation with the customer advisor he made every effort to satisfy me for over 90%.

I will recommend airzone ticket to anybody who wishes to travel anywhere in the world. Cliff and David have outstanding customer service. They will go the length to make you are satisfied. I first thought they were not what they said they were but after checking them out through their registered company fly the world for less and other reviews, they stood out brilliantly.

I have been dealing with Cliff since July 2024, and he has been very helpful with an honest personality! At first when I enquired about my ticket; I was very worried that this was a scam and was very limited with giving out any information but he used his persuasive skill to urge me that his company is not a scam!
I would recommend anyone to him as he has pleasant, helpful personality with a lot of professional customers’ skills and ability to encourage you to buy air tickets! He is hardworking and always keeps up on time with phone calls and quick to give feedback with new tickets information! Thank you Cliff and please keep up the hard work and I recommend a pay rise on your salary! Thanks so much for your patience, honesty and reliability in dealing with me!
