A year later and still impressed

I’ve been using Akountify since around June last year, and honestly, they’ve been great to work with. Everything has run smoothly, and anytime I’ve had a question or a small issue — like a login hiccup earlier this year — they’ve responded quickly and helped sort it out. It’s rare to find a service that stays consistent over time, but they’ve done just that. Definitely recommend them.

Consistent and on-time

The only LinkedIn lending service that pays on time with no questions asked. I have been paid consistently for a year, and there are lots of bonuses that the company occasionally gives.

Avoid by all means

Avoid by all means! I haven't tried other companies so I took a chance with them, the interactions were not professional from the beginning and I essentially donated my money because I never received the service. I would advise them to change their processes and only offer what they can deliver, if they can even deliver.

I’ve been renting my LinkedIn account…

I’ve been renting my LinkedIn account to Akountify for a few months now, and it’s been a really smooth experience. At first, I was a little skeptical wasn’t sure how it all worked or if it was legit but they were super clear and transparent from the start.

The setup was quick, and after that, I basically didn’t have to do anything. They handle everything on their end, and I just get paid regularly. No weird activity on my profile, no spammy stuff it all seems very professional and above board.

It’s honestly been one of the easiest ways I’ve found to earn some extra money passively. If you’ve got a clean LinkedIn profile and aren’t using it much, this is a no-brainer.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service! After cancellation they keep charging your Creditcard!

Response on review:
Actually that's not true. You have send us a checkout link via Slack - and from january we are trying to contact you over and over and there is almost no response. The thing is we tell you over and over again - we don't have an account or login where the subscription details are there so no option too cancel... So what now?

I'm sorry you don't have the mental bandwidth to manually cancel your subscription, just like you signed up. Will pray for your clients.

However, here's the terms you did agree to TWICE, once during sign up and again during checkout:

"3. You understand that there are no refunds under any circumstances whatsoever. You also understand that you have to MANUALLY cancel your subscription, just as you signed up, to avoid any potential rebilling. Akountify is not responsible for any automatic bills that come due to subscriptions that haven't been MANUALLY cancelled. Please refer to Point 1 for the consequences to any fraudulent chargebacks."

We literally caps lock the word "MANUALLY" to make sure even the most mediocre clients can read it.

You can do it champ, we believe in you!

Our website has very clear delivery times (1 - 7 days based on demand) that we also highlight in our terms of service. When signing up, every client needs to agree to our terms, both during sign up and then once again during checkout.

This person signed up on our website and immediately demanded preferential treatment, trying to get us to prioritize him over other paying customers just like him that came before, all because, for some reason, our terms should not apply to him.

We definitely dodged a bullet here, wouldn't be surprised if this person is still without an account or worse, with a blocked one.

I paid for an account, but for almost a week they either ignored my messages or replied with nonsense and outright lies, claiming my account was already added. Once I realized they were just useless scammers and told them I’d request a refund, they simply removed me from Slack.

Absolutely appalling company lost a…

Absolutely appalling company lost a month's subscription. 4 weeks of back and forth and no account. They seem very dis-organised and do not understand what the word fulfillment means. Look for other options. On launch he have me a US account without asking me, everytime I messaged him he didn't seem to update me on progress of getting me a UK account until I reached peak frustration and gave up

Hi Asif Yusuf! We're so sorry it didn't work out and still feel your opinion is valid :)

For context: we provide REAL and ID verified accounts located in the US. We take longer for specific locations because it involves changing proxies and adapting the account to the new location, which entails ID verification. This can take weeks or months.

Asif requested a specific location and is now complaining about the wait time that entails.

We still wish him the best of luck scaling his LinkedIn campaigns with our resellers :)

EDIT: Thanks for at least confirming our side of the story, the honesty is appreciated and we still wish you the best. It would've been ideal for you to use the US account we provided on DAY 1 while the UK account got prepared, but we understand the urgency and have nothing against your decision or frustration, as the frustration is something caused by LinkedIn's security algorithms and timelines vs our own doing. We just take the fall for it every time.

100% scam company

100% scam company. We were charged $700 for a subscription we had canceled two months earlier — they failed to process the cancellation in their system and ignored multiple requests to delete our card details. Despite reaching out nearly 20 times over two months, no refund was issued, and they stayed silent for weeks. Eventually, they even deleted the Slack chat after a week of ignoring my refund inquiries.

Their support team was shockingly rude — by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Avoid this service at all costs. You risk losing money and may be forced to cancel your card to stop unauthorized charges.

Update: Great — now they’re claiming I was never their client. I can send all the proof, including emails and screenshots of bank statements. And they are still trying to charge me every month!

This is a fabricated review by our competitors. We have no client nor have ever had a client or interaction with a person named "Anna Mastykina" - this is beyond ridiculous at this point.

We have no customer named Oleg. This is a fake review with a fake name. Notice how the reviewer just created his TrustPilot account and has no previous reviews. Classic bot.

The owner was personally insulting me and my business. After deciding to leave him for this reason, he billed my card 3 times in the following months which I had to dispute

Akountify is Good

Accounts are really good and stable. Got 5 so far and plan to get more if things continue working as they are. They also integrate with most platforms and have great support.

TO AVOID, IT'S A SCAM

TO AVOID, it's a scam!

I paid $125 for an account that I had access to for only 2 days. The LinkedIn account I received was completely different from what I had requested. When I asked for a correction, they removed me from Slack, blocked my number, and took away my access to the LinkedIn account. This is outright theft!

I have never experienced such poor customer service! Response time is three days (if you're lucky). This company won’t go far if it continues scamming its customers.

REPLY TO AKOUNTIFY'S COMMENT:
In response to AKOUNTIFY’s comment, I have screenshots of the conversation with the founder, stating that there would be no issue proceeding with a refund. (I am still waiting for this, and I am surprised to see that AKOUNTIFY only responds to me on Trustpilot). I no longer have access to the LinkedIn account. However, I am still paying for something I no longer have. @Akountify, how do you call that?

I contacted you on Slack and on the company’s WhatsApp because I had received no response after three days and no longer had access to the LinkedIn account that I am still paying for.

We guarantee account location and number of connections. Antonin asked for a French-based account and we complied. He was unhappy that the person in the picture did not have a hyper professional looking picture (something not on our terms) and so he proceeded to spam our personal numbers and every channel we had.

Not to mention he asked us to PAY for SALES NAVIGATOR on the account only to then start complaining.

He is free to pursue a refund as per our policy, those are on the website he signed up in.

We will also proceed with legal action for defamation.

The LinkedIn accounts themselves are not that bad. However, the major bottleneck from my point of view was getting a response back. I was told some of the accounts would be ready in a day, but got no response. When I followed up 2 days later, I was told I was "spamming" and dropped as a client. He complained I messaged him outside business hours, but what he didn't mention is I messaged him during his business hours and got no reply. The other downside of the accounts, is I was told the accounts were going to be from the US, but instead got a Columbian account which did not have the verified check mark.

If they fixed these issues, would actually be a good service. However, the owner made it painfully clear that he didn't want anything to do with me by blocking me everywhere despite me being a paying customer. It's one of those services where the owner clearly is making decent money and it unfortunately seems to have gone to his head.

UPDATED REPLY..if you checked the account, you will notice I did not send one connection message or message during that entire timeframe. So no, it was not triggered by that. Most companies have a dedicated support team, but it is a one man shop in terms of support. I messaged you throughout the week and got no responses. Anyone who wants to see it for themselves, can reach out to me and I can back up what I am saying with screenshots. Also, the key thing is, he never denied blocking me everywhere, something which is basically unheard of when someone is paying you. I could have done a dispute just for that, but I decided to let it go considering it was such a low amount paid.

Thanks for the nice comments on our accounts, we appreciate them!

Unfortunately, Aidan is not painting the right picture. He abused our personal and business phones on Saturdays and Sundays, to demand accounts he had not ordered or paid for yet. We just told him we were not a fit as a provider as we would rather work with people who respect boundaries and working hours.

It seems this review was triggered after we took back the account a few days ago, which we still allowed him to use :)
