Confirmed the bad customer service below. I asked about a potential integration with a very popular tool, which nowadays integrates with lots of platforms.

It took days to answer, and after chasing they told me to do my own research to verify. Great ahah

Been working with app for ages, never received such an answer. Not really customer-centric. Simply avoid this.

The owner cancelled my account hours after I bought. Didn't refund me. It's been 20 days since I paid them, and this petty thief is now blocking me on all platforms.

Owner is arrogant and insulting.

Ran companies for 8 years so I know that is a red flag right away.

Not someone i would do longterm biz with so moving all my accounts elsewhere

Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced:
- Three customer response channels, not able to respond swiftly + very rude;
- Even worse: complaining about my questions, treating me like the lowest level of customer possible.
- And all I asked for was (1) an invoice - never got a response, (2) a refund for 1 account (delivery not in line with my request, (3) status of refund (they are not able to refund < 20 days).
- Chat & mail only triggers irritation with them. I offered to jump on a quick call to fix these minor issues. Their response: "it costs you 1000 USD an hour, since you are a low ticket customer for us". I experienced zero willingness to run a legit business.

Although their concept looks great, delivery and after sale support is extremely dissappointing. My advice: forget about Akountify.
