The clothing doesn’t represent the correct size. I take a small size. The size chart represents the size I need.
The clothing swims on my body.
I’m not interested in the way this company represents their clothes. Their clothes are very expensive, not worth the return craziness!

I ordered the Maria bathing suit 2 years ago for $138. It has only been worn a couple of times and the mesh insert is deteriorating. Customer service states “ it’s normal wear and tear.” No… it’s only been worn occasionally and hand washed. I have four $138 bathing suits from them & will definitely never order from them again. Bad customer service is not a good way to keep good customers.

Shipping is terrible. From the tracking it appears they use a shipping partner, and the shipping partner has been holding my packages for multiple days. I placed 4 orders with them last week and each order has been sitting with a status of "USPS awaiting item" for 3-4 days. I had time to order a swimsuit from a different company and receive it before my Albion order has even shipped. I'm not confident that the orders will actually show up at this point. I should have read the reviews first.

Their shipping is unreliable! After waiting for my order of a swimsuit for 2 weeks (they say 7-10 days for shipping), on 04/03/24, I called and spoke with “customer service.” It was lame at best. Reluctantly, they sent me a replacement…shipped on 04/04/24. And I still don’t have a swimsuit that I needed for an event yesterday…04/12/24. She knew I needed the suit!
Who knows when the 2nd suit will arrive….i checked in person with the local USPS with the tracking number for the original order….they had NO record of it! The original shipping company never got it to them! The PO official checked everything!
I’m beginning to think this company is bogus, and that I probably won’t get my money back, or the 2nd suit either. At this point, I just want my money back, forget the suit.
I’d suggest NOT ordering anything from them!!! I’m sorry I did.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants. Quality terrible but very expensive. Did not fit, returned them. They received my return and sent me an email stating 5-7 business days for a refund. It’s been a month and emails get the same response… we are busy and are working on it. Have patience… they won’t last!!! Stay away from this company!!!

De blev returneret for flere måneder siden, og jeg har gentagne gange rykket for at få mine penge retur, hver gang er der lige et eller andet der skal gøres i firmaet, men har endnu ikke modtaget mine 104 dollars retur!! Utroværdigt firma, hold dig fra at handle med dem!

Horrible customer service - obtaining customers is expensive, so it doesn’t make sense that they wouldn’t do everything they could to retain them. Shop elsewhere.

The bottom size is too big for me I need to return that.

The suit was cute and nicely made but didn’t fit. I specifically consulted the sizing chart which was way off base. The suit was a tankini sold as an individual top and bottom, so I had to make two separate purchases to get a full suit. Neither piece fit and there is no option to get the size I need as an exchange. Since each piece was bought individually I am paying $16 to return a top and a bottom of a swimsuit. Beware, the returns are expensive.

No facilities to return the items. The Large is like XL. The Tee Shirt was really poor quality and completely screwed up in the bag.
No response from any emails I have sent.

Cannot get any response to my request for a refund for bathing suit that doesn’t fit. I type in all the info required but am told there is no record of my order, this after typing in order number. Same with my mailing and email address: no record of either. They stole $147.66 from me.

Ordered a beautiful XL swimsuit. Would not even go over one leg!!! Obviously labeled incorrectly or they have no idea what XL means! Company would do nothing about it! Don't send them your money! You will never get a replacement or your money back! So sad because the suit is beautiful! It will not even fit my tiny daughter in law!

The bathing suits were nice, but just didn’t fit my body type. I ordered a bottom and top, then to exchanged the top. Unfortunately, neither of the tops worked for me so I had to return everything. The cost was $152 and I got a refund of $42 back. Basically Albion fit stole my money for items I returned. They were not worn and still had the tags on them. I tried emailing customer service and received no response. I tried sending a message via messenger for which I received a response, but that person said customer service had tried contacting me multiple times. That is a lie. I never received a response from miktie emails and yes, I checked my spam folder.

I ordered over $300 worth of suits online. NONE of them fit and I went to return them finding out that they only offer exchanges or store credit. So I was going to exchange them so my sister could at least get something. I went to print the packing label and it wasn’t anywhere in my email or account. I tried calling, THE SUPPORT ON THIS number Which is SEVEN 6 ZERO TWO 8 FOUR THREE ONE THREE ONE THEY REALLY HELP ME TO print THE RETURN LABEL AND ALSO HELP ME TO GET MY DOLLAR BACK

I purchased a top with matching bottoms, however the top (size M) is way too tight. I reached out to customer service to inquire about an exchange for a larger size and they said "so sorry, it's been more than 30 days, no exceptions".

I'm not asking for a refund and all tags are in place. Any company that will not make exceptions in the name of customer service will not survive. Anymore, 30 days is not enough of a time-frame. Needless to say I will not be making any additional purchases.

Pretty disappointed with my most recent purchase. I've bought several items from them before with absolutely no issue.The items were great! However, this last purchase the product image was different than the item I received. I left a review with pictures...and it was never posted. I waited a couple weeks and posted again, and nothing. They didn't post either of my reviews because I can only assume they didn't like being called out for their lack of quality control? They didn't reach out to me either and in the meantime approved multiple other 5 stars reviews. Pretty disappointing that they're skewing their reviews to their advantage! I won't be shopping there again :(

I wanted to order the jetsetter pants but overpriced as well there swimsuits! No thanks!
