Customer Service Redeemed
I ordered the Edison sofa in May, received it in July and in September, one of the tufted buttons failed and retracted into the sofa leaving a hole where the button was. And now, several other buttons have loosened. Alchemy just reached out to me and a resolution is being worked on. I am very happy as it is a beautiful couch and very comfortable.

SUPER frustrating experience
SUPER frustrating experience! My order was placed in May for 2 bedside tables that were "in stock and ready to ship" and each time I reach out to check in the ship date continues to get pushed and no one seems to be able to get an accurate shipping date. Customer service has been very responsive but not able to provide me with any actionable plan. No resolution has been reached and it is VERY frustrating. If it is in stock then ship the item, if it is not in stock update the website accordingly.

We are striving to always get our inventories accurate however sometimes we're at the mercy of our providers and logistics of manufacturing. Order was not shipped or released in a timely manner and then was lost and shipped incomplete. The shipping was an absolute nightmare and we did not feel that Alchemy attempted to prioritize any of the issues.

Order #12101 from May. The manufacture says the product is in stock. Alchemy website shows the barstools in stock, but each week we only get a delayed shipping email. This has gone on for almost 4 months. Nobody answers the phone and text/chats take over a day to respond w/ no answers to the questions.
Follow up... The owner did reach out to me after the review posted and apologized. We received the order 9-14 and it was as described. Thank you!
