Only issue that I had with Alensa is that one of the glasses which we had ordered (Marisio) lost a side clip and I was told by customer service that you don't have parts, so it can't be fixed. And it's a pity.

Case of contact lenses applicator is not handy. Difficult to open.
Other than that, contact lenses are super and delivery came really fast! Best delivery service!
