Alexanders Estate Agents Avis

Joanna is very professional, and oversees every aspect of letting a tenancy, which was both helpful and instills confidence in her guidance.

We went through Alexanders as we have just brought a property they were selling, we called up Elliott the day the house got listed as we had just sold ours and was in rented going through a really hard time not having a home to call our own, Elliott told us he would be back in contact that same day to get us a viewing…. And he did! we placed an offer and got accepted the same day!! - we are now in our dream home and we couldn’t of done any of it without Elliott, he is by FAR the BEST estate agent in Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas ( we have met quite a few!!) - the most genuine, caring and compassionate estate agent. If we was to ever sell this home (never happen sorry Elliott) we wouldn’t go with anyone but him. - truly amazing and want to say a massive thank you for getting us our dream home.

All the best to everyone at Alexanders who had to deal with our calls none stop worrying!

Its a great experience,to work with Joanna (owner) she is very helpful, and experience in her field.

I have worked with Joanna for many years and she is always extremely professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with!

After trying 4–5 other estate agents in the area, including some of the biggest and best-known agencies, we can honestly say this was by far the best experience. The others cost us time, money, and a lot of stress - so much dishonesty in this industry they just want to trick you in every corner. This agent however was by far the absolute best! Most professional, honest, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were happy to support our requests, negotiate terms, and guide us every step of the way. Even the tenants commented on how great they were to work with. We highly recommend them and will always use them to find tenants for our property!

I had a great experience with this agency. They were professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the whole process. A special thank you to Joanna for her help — she was incredibly kind, patient, and always ready to assist with any questions. Thanks to her, finding our home was much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate all the support and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable service!

My wife and I were looking for a place to move in along with our 6-year-old daughter. We searched a lot until we came across Joanna and Burak who have been so helpful. Their responses are timely and supportive. They assisted us with moving into the new property that we are in right now. I highly recommend getting in touch with them if you are looking for a property.

We had a very positive experience with Alexanders Estate Agents. Joanna was extremely helpful, professional and kind from the beginning until the end of my tenancy. Communication was clear and friendly. We always felt respected and well looked after. We would definitely recommend this agency !

Joanna is a highly professional, kind, and dedicated agent. She took excellent care of our flat and found us wonderful tenants. She never gave up during the search and clearly takes great pride in her work. I couldn’t recommend Joanna more highly.

We had a great experience with this letting agency. Joanna was very helpful from the start. She kindly answered all our questions and guided us step by step through the process. She made it easy to book our viewing and helped us with our requirements. On the day we moved in, Burak went over and beyond to assist us. He was incredibly supportive and helped us settle in smoothly. Both Joanna and Burak were kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about meeting our needs. We’re really grateful for their professional and friendly service!

The best and most professional real estate agency I've ever used. I own several properties and have always used them since I discovered this agency.

I recently let out my property through Alexander’s Estate Agents and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, the team especially Joanna were professional, approachable, and always kept me updated at every stage of the process.
