Fantastic experience dealing with Lola and her team. Communication was excellent. She recently helped us find our dream home and she played an integral part in making the whole sale go through. Would highly recommend her services
Lola managed to find a buyer in this very difficult climate. She is professional and determined to see the sale through. I would never hesitate in using her again.

We recently bought an apartment in Sandbanks through Prime Coastal Property, and the whole experience was fantastic.
Lola and Liv were both incredibly friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Lola in particular went above and beyond, and by the end of the process I genuinely felt like she had become one of my mates.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, communication was excellent, and they made the whole purchase feel straightforward and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Prime Coastal Property to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
Lola was always available to answer any queries that arise when dealing with the purchase of my property and a professional to work with . I would recommend her .3/25
Lola is a fantastic estate agent.
From sorting the house details to sale completion the service she provided was exceptional. She genuinely cared and was with us every step of the way making what was a stressful process much easier.
Lola has such good knowledge of the market and puts everything into achieving the best possible outcome. She is an absolute pleasure to work with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
"I recently had the pleasure of working with Lola at Prime coastal Property during the sale of my home, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. From our first meeting, she came across as incredibly knowledgeable and personable, traits that proved invaluable throughout the process.
One of Lola’s standout qualities is her communication. She kept me informed at every stage, providing timely updates and answering my myriad of questions with patience and clarity. It's refreshing to work with someone who is both responsive and thorough.
The marketing strategy implemented by Lola was effective in attracting numerous potential buyers. This experience made me feel supported and confident every step of the way.
An all round excellent experience selling my home. Lola created the most impressive marketing and provided weekly updates on the progress of the sale whilst achieving within 1% of the asking price.
I would highly recommend Prime Coastal Property if selling or buying your home they were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
We cannot thank Lola of Prime Coastal Property enough. We had a very difficult situation, whereby we had to move very quickly. We found our dream home, arranged the viewing with Lola at extremely short notice, Lola kindly re-arranged her diary to meet us.
As soon as we saw the property, we loved it, we explained our difficult situation.
Well, from that moment onwards, Lola totally ran with it, doing everything in her power to ensure a smooth process, chasing everyone concerned to ensure she left no stone left unturned that may delay the purchase. She worked vociferously, diligently chasing everyone to ensure it all happened in the timescales we had to work too
We have moved numerous times over the years, we have never come across anyone that works so diligently on your behalf, I can honestly, say unless we had Lola, we may have had a different outcome. I would thoroughly recommend Prime Coastal Property. Thank you Lola you are an amazing professional women!
I had an amazing experience working with Lola from Prime Coastal Property in my search for a property in Branksome Park. I had a specific preference for a location near the sea and Sandbanks but with a touch of rural charm, and Lola completely understood my requirements. Her expertise and dedication in finding me the perfect property were truly exceptional.
Lola was an absolute delight to work with and always made sure to keep me informed of the most Relevant properties based on my requirements. Extremely professional and I would always choose to work with her given the opportunity. An all round wonderful experience and I strongly recommend her company to anyone looking to buy or rent in the area.
Trailblazer!
I met Lola a few years ago now when selling a few properties from our portfolio in the Lilliput and Canford Cliffs area. It is not often, in my experience that you meet with a person from within an agency, that feels like a true partner in getting the job done and properties sold.
Lola has a fantastic personality and is passionate about what she does. Her energy is infectious and her ideas for marketing simply next level from any agent we have used in the past.
A true trailblazer in her field!
Best wishes
Andy
i chose Lola to sell my godmother's property due to her outstanding professionalism, caring nature and willingness to go that extra mile.
Lola is currently seeking a property on our behalf and I have every faith that she will succeed in finding us the perfect place.
We first met Lola when looking for a property in the Liliput area. A couple of weeks later Lola contacted me to say a property was going on the market the following week and if we were interested she would try and get us a viewing at the weekend which we did. When we saw it we instantly fell in love with it and asked if she would speak to the owner which she did that afternoon. The property didn’t go on the market and the sale progressed and we will always be very grateful to Lola for ensuring we got our “forever home”.
Selling your house is never easy but our whole experience with prime coastal property, right from meeting Lola who was extremely professional but understood our needs extremely well to organising us to have potential buyers round has been a very pleasant experience. Equally her knowledge and understanding of the market meant we also purchased a new property with absolutely no hiccups. We would strongly recommend Lola and her team and definitely use them in the future.
