Coastal Prime Ltd Avis

The workers turned up as planned they were polite friendly and professional. They worked tidily and cleared up after the work was finished.
I had spray foam removal done and had super Quilt installed.
I had a follow up phone call from customer services after to ask how things went which was a nice touch.

A team of 3 very efficiently removed spray foam from my loft. Then another team of 3 put in foil liners to help keep the house warm. Each team left the house in a clean and tidy state

Duncan Fraser surveyed our lofts and was very clear and helpful with the information he passed on to us. We didn’t have to pay until the work was completed, which was only 2 days later. The 2 who did the work were very tidy and communicated well with us. I am so pleased with the work that has been done, and at a better price than I had expected. I’m hoping that I will be saving money with this insulation now in place. Thank you!

On the hottest day of the year your staff stayed very pleasant and made the whole loft fitting procedure pass without any difficulty

Professional, polite & great teamwork all round from the quote to the actual removal day.
Highly recommended company & team.

The 2 operatives were respectful of my property and took measures to keep disruption and dirt to a minimum. They covered all areas leading to the loft and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The insulation was installed to a high standard. I am highly satisfied with Coastal Primes work.

The kind and thoughtful people that we spoke too and the crew that work on our house. They clean up after themselves. I would trust them to do any more work for us.

We had spray foam insulation removed an replaced by Rockwool. The work carried out was done in a friendly, efficient and tidy way, and cannot be faulted. Coastal followed up as promised.
Be aware, If you are seeking to claim for mis-sold product, use a totally independent surveyor. The surveyor used by Coastal uses their own paperwork which the bank will not accept. We found this out to our great cost.

The team were very professional though out the whole experience.
They arrived on time and before they started discussed with us what they were going to do and how they would access the attic
They concluded the work well before the time we were told it would take and on completion took photos of the attic so that we could see the work carried out.
Before leaving us they took all the rubbish with them so you would not realise they had even been there.
Can’t recommend them enough

The staff who came to complete the installation were very helpful and polite.
The cleaned up well once they had finished.
We would recommend them to anyone who need a loft insulation.

The whole experience was excellent. From the assessor through to the team that executed the work. On time, productive, and left the place clean. My wife was pleasantly surprised.
Would strongly recommend them for the work that they do.

The experience we had with both the removal and fitting crew was very positive. They were friendly, informative and professional throughout the process, from removing the vast amounts of foam, through timber treatment to fitting the new insulation. I was able to see all stages of the process and everything was explained thoroughly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing foam removal.

Coastal Prime visited, as arranged and a fair price was agreed rapidly.
Three days later, a team of three arrived on schedule and two hours or so later we had the entire interior of the roof fitted with shined new insulation.
The team were a well drilled unit and left no gaps at all. We were and are most impressed.

Arrived on time and cleared my roof tiles of all moss before spraying. Workmen were very nice and did a fantastic job! Thank you

Everything was straightforward from the first phone call, to Duncan coming to survey the problem, to the men who came to remove the spray foam loft insulation and put in the new mineral wool insulation. The price was reasonable too. All left neat and tidy in the loft and in the part of my home they needed to access. Just some spray foam left outside on the road which went into a neighbour's garden which I needed to pick up. Thank you. I am relieved to have solved the spray foam insulation problem.

The team started work as soon as they arrived, cleaned and cleared up when they were finished. No disturbance to me at all could not have been any better.

They were very good. They arrived before time. They got on with the job in hand. When they finished they cleaned up everything, all left clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend this company. They did everything they say they would do. Very pleased. Lin Rolston

The three guys doing the foam removal worked long and hard in cramped conditions on one of the hottest days of the year.
They were quiet and polite and made a good job of clearing up and returning a large number of boxes to the location from which they had removed them in the morning.
They made a very good job of a fairly unpleasant task. Thank you.

They arrived late due to traffic can’t be helped.

Once they got going with the job they absolutely done what they said removed everything from the loft and all in one day I was quite surprised by, thought at least 2 days max. They was ever soo polite and well mannered, family always asking if the guys were okay, said yes and done there thing, can’t fault the guys or the company.

Smashing Job.

Professional assessment of faults and work needed to repair and improve loft insulation.
Work was completed swiftly with no disruption to the household, no mess left all ship shape and tidy.
Coastal Prime will review the work in February when it will have been well tested.
