Coastal Prime were very professional
Coastal Prime were very professional, efficient and personable from the outset.
We felt that our surveyor gave us good advice and discussed the various options available to us.
We never felt pressurised into making a decision.
Out team of three Polish installers arrived promptly and were very professional and considerate at all times.
Everything was cleared away at the end of the day.
Despite working during a heat wave they completed the work in very good time.
They invited me to inspect their progress at several stages and provided photographs of areas that I could not inspect personally.
On completion they commented that it was important to them that we were happy with their work, which we were.
We have been very careful and gone to great lengths to try to ensure that we made the right decision in our choice of contractors, and I'm pleased to report that Coastal Prime have exceeded our expectations.

A very satisfactory experience.
The surveyor was very good at explaining the product, and was not pushy, giving us time to consider the proposal. The installation team were on time, friendly, worked hard and left everything clean and tidy. A neat job, we are already seeing lower temperatures in the loft despite the heatwave. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Removal of foam insulation.
The team arrived at the agreed time and put down protection from the front door to the attic ladder. The removal of the foam and the fitting of the new insulation was supposed to take one day but instead took two. This was down to the excessive heat in the attic.
The job was completed satisfactorily and a reasonable effort was made to tidy the attic afterwards. At all times the team were polite and we kept them supplied with cold water and tea/coffee.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear the team arrived on time, protected your home properly, and completed the work to a satisfactory standard. The extra day in the attic was unfortunate, but we appreciate your understanding given the heat. It’s great to know the team’s politeness and communication stood out, and thank you for keeping them refreshed throughout the job.

A professional service from start to finish.
I have previously suffered with a botched installation of spray foam loft insulation and incorrectly carried out removal of it. Coastal Prime Ltd have now given me peace of mind by carrying out the necessary remedial work and installation of YBS superquilt insulation. Everything was clearly explained to me by the surveyor Duncan Fraser. The team carrying out the work arrived punctually, worked hard in the heat and cleaned very satisfactorily areas affected by their work.
