Coastal Prime Ltd Avis

We had three very helpful gentlmen who came to strip our loft. They were the most cheerful fellows nothing was to much trouble and was all finished in 4hrs Thankyou.
We would also like to thank Ben Garrison for the recommendation of this company and we will definatly recommend to our family and friends. Keep up the fantastic work.

Jack & his team carried out their brief to my satisfaction with minimum disruption & mess

Excellent team that were attentive helpful & efficient. Just what I wanted

On time. Worked well and were polite. Left all nice and tidy.

The team that did the work knew well how to work together. They were careful not to disturb us. (But I wish they had played their music a little louder so I could hear it, too.)

The lads worked hard and did a good job of my loft.

Your workmen were very diligent and hardworking....completing my loft insulation in just one day, although it was after 6pm when they finished. Because my house is of a nowadays unusual design (Chalet Bungalow) it had three loft spaces to be insulated and two of them were very constricted to access.

The work was carried out to a high standard and photos were taken covering all of the installation areas. I am looking forward to my reduced heating bills for the coming winter.
Because the fitting of the new insulation was preceded by the removal of the old 1980s outdated insulation their was quite a mess to clean up. This was done very well.

Thank you Coastal Prime for a job well done!

The team were polite, professional and cleaned the area afterwards.

The installers were very professional and cleaned up on completion of the installation .

The service on the day was very good, with three polite and efficient staff.
2 days after their visit there was a small leakage of water from a corner of the loft which lasted a couple of days. My pulmber visited and indicated that all the pipes were dry, but a corner was damp. Had anything been spilt? It's an unsolved mystery.

Hi laura your team of workers were tidy in the work , took all the foam out very well, and the second team done well putting the sheeting in a good job all round. Thanks. Kind regards Graham thornton.

Survey was thorough and informative.installation was quick and tidy workmen were polite and cleaned up after.

Lovely company to work with, any time I rang they were polite and patient with me.
There were 2 crews, one emptied the loft and took out the foam on day one, the following day another crew layer down the new insulation, then put everything back in the lift. Both crews were very polite and cleaned up after.

All of the staff that we dealt with explained everything clearly and were extremely competent, helpful, polite and courteous. The work was completed to a very high standard and our home was left very clean and tidy after the work was completed.

At every stage of the work, each department was polite and efficient: the initial telephone call; the surveyors visit; the instalment; the paperwork and the follow up. All most professional. I commend the team.

Arrived at appointed time . Very pleasant and efficient. Explained clearly the procedure and set about their tasks. Answered all our queries and liaised with us over any issues. Left the loft area tidied up as far as possible and showed me the completed work.

The removal of our spray insulation was carried out at the height of summer when temperatures in the loft were unbearable. This did not stop the fitters who kept working throughout. Their workmanship was excellent and they cleared up every evening to a very acceptable standard. The work had been assessed by the independent surveyor who made some mistakes in his measurements leading to the work taking 2 extra days. However Costal Prime stood by their original quote. Overall 5 stars. I couldn't have been better pleased.

Jack and his team initially came to remove our spray foam installation. Not a nice job and messy but they were very good in covering our landing, stairs and hall right up to the front door and therefore minimising the mess but they still hoovered too. The team were very polite and then Jack had to advise that the foam had irretrievably damaged our batons and felt. We already felt cheated by the government for allowing this foam to be installed so this was another blow. However, Jack and then Jordan, the Commercial Director were very good at explaining calmly, sympathetically and with no pressure what needed to be done. It was extensive work but the main roofer, Stuart, was exceptional - an excellent workman, kind, polite, informative and someone you felt you could trust. We felt he went above and beyond. Sorting your roof out isn't something you can do yourself you have to put your trust in others but we would not hesitate to recommend Coastal Prime and Jordan also kept us informed which we felt was more unusual for a Commercial Director and he considers customer service very important (another thing that is often lacking these days!)

Very good work, very informative and good communication

Well explained what was to be done and the team carried out the work professionally and cleanly.
