Thanks for taking time to send this review - Its very upsetting to see you leave a 1 star review when we have extensively spoken with you by email and tried to help you exchange for the correct part that you wanted after you incorrectly ordered the wrong hand/side?? you received a LEFT newel post grab rail which is what you ordered. A Left Newel post grab rail fits to the left hand side of the stairs. If you wanted a right hand newel post rail that fits to the right hand side of the stairs, which you advised you did want after your order? Then a right one should have been ordered initially. We advised we were willing to exchange this at our cost and pay the additional postage to deliver this correct Right one to you, but advised you that we need you to return the left one that you had incorrectly ordered - we were paying for the return postage to you once you returned the left newel rail to us. You haven't returned the newel rail though so have been unable to send the Right one - then we receive this bad review? We have a high amount of 5 star reviews showing that our customer service is second to none and that we are very helpful to all our customers - we can advise on anything if needed, whether over the phone or by email if this is easier for you, if english is not your first language, honestly we are here to help - if your unsure of what left and right hand mean and which side of the stairs needs what type of newel rail then please contact us first, as we have been trying to help you as we do with all our customers, very sad that you feel to leave a bad review, when all we have done is tried to help you and offered the solution in exchanging the hand rail to the correct side you needed?

The Best Disability Mobility shop in the North West
What a fantastic company to deal with. I just purchased my second scooter with Aline Mobility. I appreciate the service you get from all the staff, they are polite, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
You know when you purchased a scooter from them that it has a professional check over by trained staff, new batteries fitted giving you good piece of mind every time you go out on your scooter. The young man who delivers your scooter from Aline Mobility is always polite and knowledgeable he shows you all the workings of your new scooter then watches you as you take it for a short spin, then asks again if your happy and if you need anything adjusted like the seat or the Tiller fantastic service.
But it’s not just when you purchased the scooter the great service carries on throughout the warranty time and beyond.
From my years of dealing with Aline Mobility, I would not hesitate to highly recommend them. It’s reassuring and gives you great confidence knowing they will not let you down. Thank you all at Aline Mobility and especially Heather who always goes above and beyond to help you. 10/10

On Friday the 31st July 2026 I spoke to Amy at ALINE to enquire about purchasing a specific Mobility scooter for my dear wife , i was told that they would be able to order one on the Friday and it would be ready for collection on the following Wednesday. And on the Wednesday it was in the shop in Widnes ready to be picked up so first of all what great service that was , i was dealing with Amy throughout this and i have got to say what a very great pleasure it has been to speak to her she was so nice both on the phone and when we met on picking up the scooter, i have also got to mention the price we paid i saved and i am not jokeing 3 hundred pounds on what we had been quoted at other very well known firms so thank you all at ALINE i would 100% recommend you to anyone ,your service is 2nd to none

I had a great experience with Alinemobility. I purchased a replacement seat for my perching stool, and the price was very reasonable.
