Alhamdulillah Summa Alhamdulillah performed Umrah with this company and Mr abdul hadi was my agent he guided me very well and he was very polite
He gave me cheapest quote and i booked instantly
He explained each and everything clearly to me
Hotels were close to haram and it was my first umrah i was a bit nervous but alkareem travel take great care of everything and i just focused on my spiritual journey

Booking process
I have not travelled with them yet, so I cannot comment on the travel experience itself. However, I can comment on the booking service, which was quick, easy, and completely seamless from start to finish.
Abdul Hadi was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process, answering my questions promptly and making the booking straightforward. Based on my experience so far, I am very pleased with the service received.
I will update my review again once I have travelled.

alert for all the people don’t trust them. I tried booking with them through WhatsApp and i spoke to omer and he was very nice with talk but they given me all the false information. For example “ i Request 4 * hotel he sent me a hotel saying 4* but its actually 2* and when i requested a closest distance he gave me the option tower hotel for cheaper when i actually checked it very expensive than the price he quoted for the entire trip.”
He is not giving the address here and giving the monzo bank. When i requested any other bank in uk he saying he don’t has it.

Hotel prices can vary across different platforms and dates, and online prices may differ from the rates we are able to offer through our contracted travel packages. One of the advantages of booking through a travel company is access to negotiated package rates and additional services included within the overall trip cost.
Regarding the payment concerns, we sincerely apologise for any confusion caused. At the time, there was a temporary issue with our usual bank transfer system, which is why an alternative account was provided for a short period. However, we also offered multiple secure payment options, including card payments, payment links, cash payments at our London office, and the option to visit us directly for complete reassurance.
We always aim to provide honest information and professional service to all our customers. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly and resolve any misunderstandings. Please feel free to contact us, and our team will be more than happy to assist you further.

Back in 2025, While searching on Google I came Across on Alkareem website. I booked my umrah with Pakistan stay. I got amazing service from brother Abdul Hadi. From start, he guided me properly about each and everything. Their transportation company in Saudi is well established and was on time. The tour guide who took us to ziyarit places was very knowledgeable. He explained each and everything.
