The advertised rate of usage for this product is 6 drops per quart of water to obtain a pH of 8-10, and that is how I added it. Before I drank it, I checked the pH and found it to still be too low. My water needs 6 drops per glass, so just be sure to check yours or you will be disappointed in your results. It is still an economical way get alkaline drinking water.

It has only been two days, but believe it or not, I can already tell a difference. I even have more energy at 63 yrs old.
