Very stressful experience using this agency, lied about umrah ladies group, we were alone when we arrived. Ziyarat on Makkah was a complete rubbish... Agency said the hotel was a 12-14 mn walk , it wasn't true, it took between 20 to 30 mn walk. My flight was cancelled, the agency could only change the same flight for a different day. They tried to make us pay more money by offering different flights. Not helpful at all. This has caused me lots of stress. I paid an agency to make the trip to the holy land peaceful and without worrying about anything. This wasn't the case. I don't recommend this umrah-hajj agency, I don't know how some people scored them 5 *, I was fooled and lied to, for me, they only wanted money from us, true scam ....

**Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend**

I am extremely disappointed with this company and genuinely wish I had trusted my gut instinct and gone elsewhere. I chose to use a travel agent to reduce the stress of travelling and allow me to focus on caring for my elderly mother. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but stressful.

When making the booking, I specifically requested seats near a toilet and wheelchair assistance, but these arrangements were not completed as requested.

I also explicitly requested two hotel rooms next to each other because my mother has dementia and a heart condition. It was important for my brother to be in the adjoining room so that we could share the responsibility of caring for her and ensure her safety. Despite making this clear at the time of booking, we arrived at the hotel to discover that our rooms were not together.

To make matters worse, my return flight has now been cancelled. Because the booking was made through this agent, I have been unable to make the necessary arrangements directly with the airline. The agent has been slow to respond and is now expecting me to pay additional money to get home, despite the airline confirming that I should not incur any extra costs because the cancellation was made by the airline.

What should have been a trip with the reassurance and support of a travel agent has instead caused unnecessary worry, frustration and additional stress at an already difficult time.

The whole point of using a travel agent was to make things easier, particularly when travelling with a vulnerable elderly parent. Instead, I have been left chasing answers, dealing with avoidable problems and worrying about how I am going to get home.

The emergency contact number provided was of no use. As no one answered the phone.

**Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.** The lack of organisation, communication and support has been extremely disappointing. If you are looking for a reliable travel agent who will take your needs seriously and provide peace of mind, I would strongly advise you to consider your options carefully before booking with this company.

A Warning to Anyone Considering Booking With This Company – Our Refund Experience

We booked a trip for my mother and father for December 2025/January 2026, originally paying £400 to secure the booking. Just a couple of days later, we paid a further £1,697, despite initially being told that payment could be made two weeks before travelling. We paid anyway, trusting that everything was being handled properly.

Looking back, there were already some serious red flags. We were told that payment had to be made by bank transfer and that no other payment method was available without an additional charge of approximately 2.5–5% for using a credit card. This meant we had no straightforward credit card protection through the payment method we were encouraged to use. However, because the company was catering to Muslim travellers and we were dealing with Muslim staff, we placed our trust in them and proceeded with the booking.

Unfortunately, what followed has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

We initially dealt with Nadeem, but as problems arose, we were passed between different members of staff, including Aisha, Asad and a manager whose name I can no longer recall. When the war disrupted travel and the airline cancelled the flights, we became entitled to a refund. Despite this, we were repeatedly told that our flights were still confirmed, even though we had contacted the airline directly and been informed that the flights had been cancelled. We even had evidence to support this.

After weeks of going back and forth, we eventually received £1,680 back. However, almost 10 months later, we are still trying to recover the remainder of our money.

The explanations we have received have been inconsistent. On some occasions, staff have said they cannot locate the payment. On others, they have acknowledged the £1,697 payment but claimed they cannot find the original £400 deposit. We have also been told that we are still waiting for the airline to issue the refund.

How can a company acknowledge certain payments one day, appear unable to locate others the next, and continue providing different explanations without resolving the matter?

We have made numerous calls, including several over the past few months, trying to get a straightforward answer and recover the outstanding money. We have repeatedly been told that Nadeem will start his shift at 10am, then 11am, only to call back and be told that he is on a short break or away from his desk, as explained by Aisha. At this stage, we feel that we are being passed around rather than receiving any meaningful assistance or accountability.

This booking was supposed to be for a happy occasion for our parents. Instead, it has turned into months of stress, uncertainty and frustration. We are not asking for anything unreasonable. We simply want the outstanding money returned to us and a clear explanation of what has happened.

It is particularly disappointing that a company serving Muslim travellers has left us feeling that the trust we placed in it has been misplaced. Trust, honesty and accountability should be fundamental to any business, regardless of the community it serves.

We have now reached the point where we are considering formal legal action to recover the outstanding amount.

Based on our personal experience, I would urge anyone considering booking with this company to do their research, read the reviews carefully and think very carefully before transferring large sums of money. Keep every receipt, bank transfer confirmation, message and email, and make sure you understand your options if something goes wrong.

We have already waited far too long for a resolution. We simply want our money back and for this matter to finally be put to rest.

She was quick in her response and was always taking into account my wishes and tried to accommodate everything I requested, in a prompt and timely manner, always respectful and helpful. I wish I had seen the 1 star reviews before I went to this Company. The reviews are exactly the experience I had. Pathetic unresponsive and sub standard customer service. Flights got cancelled nobody informed me I had to chase visa I had to chase hotel bookings transportation yes you guessed it - I had to chase them. They were good at using AI to send perfectly worded apologies. The agents had no self-respect and shameless behaviour as they kept lieing about each and every aspect of booking from start to finish. Avoid at all cost to save headache. The only goid thing was whatever they booked was genuine but I had doubts about everything. I had the worst experience using this company. I would never use them and want to warn others. My sister went with another agent who took care of everything unlike these guys. You are in the wrong business as thus is a noble and the most sacred journey anyone would take and you ruin it from the out set.
