Amazing experience from Allam homes
Amazing experience from Allam homes. The homes are built of great quality, amazing usage of space for storage, exhaust, etc. Attention to detail. Just a small feedback for internal communication with site supervisor which caused us stress. Also site supervisor little bit rude. Otherwise Agent was lovely and easy to deal with, and lovely to speak to.

When we first looked at Monterey homes…
When we first looked at Monterey homes we were extremely impressed by the quality, that was what helped us to make a decision of buying a home.
We are happy with the home itself, but since moving in we have found that its the little things that have accumulated that are not up to standard. The concreting has a bit to be desired, and a few painting issues have been noticed. I know we have 90 days to pick out these imperfections, and to date we have a whole page of them. One of my biggest concerns would be to suggest that the carpet and flooring be the last things to be installed, we were able to have an early viewing of our home whilst the many trades were still working. I noticed that the carpet and flooring were not covered very well.it was very noticeable that the carpet especially was showing shoeprints. Obviously trades haven't got time to be taking their boots off each time they entered and exited the house. Therefore I would make a suggestion that the flooring be done after the many trades have finished. On the day we moved in, I was on my hands and knees scraping spots of some type of sticky substance from the floorboards. It carried on for about 3 weeks before I felt that the floor was indeed clean. I love the floor, but it certainly wasn't what I expected to be doing when we were handed the keys. As I said, its the many little things that have not been up to scratch, that made our experience a little disappointing.I could go on , but it will be revealed in the 90 day list of imperfections.
We are however, extremely impressed by the management side of things.Brendan is always available to rectify any of our concerns and both he and Brett were very professional throughout the process of walk through and handover. They were both reassuring in that any concerns we may find, will be addressed, and we feel confident in knowing that.overall the experience hss been rather positive.

Monterey is a beautiful community
Monterey is a beautiful community, our driveways are longer, we have more space between our homes and Allam always do their best to ensure we have no problems with our homes. This is my second home in Monterey and I would highly recommend Allam.

The legalities were unfortunately a lot slower than expected, however, no fault of Ray from Allam and totally separate to him.
