Well done- but.
I received my tie rack -finally. The postage was slow. I ordered blazer buttons from the U.K., and it beat this order by a week and a half.
The positive is that the packaging was superb. Apart from Christies in London, you can't get better.
The tie rack was nicely done. I would not go so heavy on the coating and try to make the grain pop. Without being hypercritical, I would probably work on the coating. Kirby Allison does the benchmark hangers. All in all I am impressed.

Dear Dave,
We’re genuinely sorry to read this and to learn that you initially believed your order had not been received.
Our records showed that the parcel had arrived in the United States, cleared customs, and went out for delivery on 12 February. The carrier recorded an “unsuccessful delivery – addressee not available.”
Following further communication, the delivery was successfully rescheduled with USPS and the parcel has now been confirmed as delivered.
We are pleased the matter was ultimately resolved and that the order arrived safely.

Customer service was outstanding! I ordered personalised hangers for a bridal party and nothing was too much trouble, even with helping me to place my online order. The product itself is absolutely gorgeous and will add a perfect little touch to the day. In time i will replace all my hangers in the wardrobe as the quality of your product is outstanding. This company is all class from their customer service, packaging and the quality of the coat hangers , they are exceptionally made and just beautiful. I highly recommend this company if you want something nice for yourself or a beautiful gift for someone else.

I love the hangers and have purchased…
I love the hangers and have purchased them several times, trying to build a collection.
I did not like the $37 I had to pay upon delivery, which was a real hassle. I already paid $94 to ship an approximate $250 order of hangers. The shipping cost almost put me off, but the inconvenience of the additional delivery payment upon receipt of goods was unexpected and a real inconvenience.

We are very happy you love the hangers, and apologise if you felt your import duty/tax payment to the US was unexpected.
As you are a US based customer who is importing our hangers from Australia, the fee you paid was most likely a US Customs import duty/tax – payable to the courier upon delivery.
As all your previous purchases were prior to August 29th, 2025, and the value of these purchases was <$800USD, your hanger imports were previously covered under a free trade agreement.
On August 29th, 2025, the US government introduced global changes to importing regulations which meant that goods imported from Australia under the value of $800USD which were formerly import duty/tax free, now attract an import duty & tax. In addition, the US government introduced a 10% tariff on all Australian imported goods.
We did update our T&C’s on our ‘Delivery’ page, advising the change, however understand if you may not have been across this change. We have since made this point more clear in our checkout process.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused upon delivery.
