Allbranded was wonderful to work with

Allbranded was wonderful to work with. They communicated all progress on our water bottles as the design, printing, and delivery processes moved forward. We are very happy with the result and will be hitting them to our kids in need soon. Yay!

Almost perfect

I love the products and the communication was great in reference to product information and artwork approval. The 1 star you missed was the lack of communication once the art work was approved and products went into production. I had no idea of an estimated ship date or delivery date and when I did find out, it was much later than expected. I WILL use you again in the future and hope that part of the experience is a little better.

Marlon went the extra mile to get our order there on time while managing the cost of freight delivery. His communication skills were excellent and responded quickly from product inquiry through delivery.

The notebooks came out great

The notebooks came out great. They were very helpful in ensuring the design and layout was the way we wanted. Marlon was very understanding and patient, he went above and beyond to ensure the design of the notebook came out to perfection. Will most definitely keep buying from them.

Major lack of communication, will not use again

Major lack of communication, internally and with the customer. Paid for the order only to find out a week later that it never shipped in time because internally they didn't mark it paid. Which no one would have found if I hadn't messaged requesting an update since I hadn't received communication on the order. I had even been sent an invoice showing it was paid on the same day it was ordered. Tried calling the company, had to leave a voicemail, never received a call back. Never received any communication apologies or trying to get the orders in time or quicker to us. I have 70+ employees who will now not have Christmas gifts in time for Christmas. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled.

Had issues from the start but the company rectified and all is great. Will now give a 5 star..

Had issues in the beginning but learned that system were down and you were not able to contact. Got it all straightened ut and I must say...very happy with my product.
