Great product, suggestion for customer service

I appreciated the hands-on personal touch along the ordering process and the product is PERFECT! It would be helpful to have an online portal to track progress as I was left wondering if the product was in production and if it would arrive on time (it arrived at 6pm the night before I needed it). I ordered another product that was available on your website and then was informed that is was not available. This delayed the process such that if I had chosen a different product by that point it would have missed the deadline so I did not make the additional order. I asked if express shipping could be applied to the order for free and was told that was not possible. From a customer success standpoint, that would have been a small price for you to pay to get the additional order and keep a customer happy. I do have many more orders I'd like to make.

Amazing Customer Service

I called this morning 11/30/23 and left a message to see if we could purchase the 20 oz Eddy Bottle Tritan. within 5 hours Marlon Silang and I had our order placed and paid for. I shared the urgency, and Malon walked me through each step with amazing customer service and follow-up. Thank you-I will be calling again!

Not a good experience

I paid for expedited shipping. I then checked in with Marcella from All branded who told me the items wouldn’t be shipped for a week. So I ask to cancel the order and please refund. In the meantime, I placed an order with another company who could get me the product by the date needed. I then called Marcella to confirm that the order was cancelled and she informed me, whoops, the warehouse already shipped and you will have the items by the expected date. I ended up with twice the amount of items needed. She said she would refund me and follow up for a scheduled pick up. Of course that never happened.

Overall happy with the company and…

Overall happy with the company and people I dealt with. The processes the order quickly and efficiently. Only one star less is that the shop wasn't as easy to deal with and instructions were not clear.

High quality promo items, printed correctly the first time

Exceptional customer service

I had a great experience speaking with Rob. I had a concern regarding the logo size for the bags that I ordered, they were able to reply to my query and were able to guarantee the logo size I wanted. We had to return a couple hundred…

We had to return a couple hundred speakers because the print was completely illegible. They did accept the return, but the fact that they thought this was acceptable is proof they do not have quality control.
