All very friendly and professional. Pick up was on time. We didnt have to wait long. We addressed the problem of no washer fluid but ensured the new valet has been told to top up from now on.

Despite a smooth drop-off outside the terminal, the return was awful.

The 'designated pick-up point' isn't at your arrival terminal, but some random London Underground station outside of Heathrow. This meant I had to take the underground train and carry heavy cases up and down multiple flights of stairs with no lifts, trolleys, or assistance available. Completely unsuitable for anyone with airport luggage, let alone those with mobility issues.

Despite calling to arrange pick-up, there was no one to meet me at the station once I got there, so I had no idea where to go. I called customer service and to make things worse, no-one had even sent a car yet even though I'd called straight after landing.

Waited for ages outside a grim and dirty tube station. They won't even come to the taxi rank by the entrance, which meant even more walking with bags to get to the meeting point down the road.

The car (a small MPV) turned up with another group already in it, meaning no space left and I was crammed in with my bags on my lap instead.

Driver himself was polite, well presented, and the car park and my car was fine.... but the company's return process is shocking. No airport shuttle should force customers onto the Underground just so they can save on terminal pick-up fees.

I would never use this company again because of how stressful and unpleasant this return journey was.

If Allegiance MG want to improve, they should pick up passengers directly from the terminal, just as they do for drop-off and like most other parking companies do.... stop sending people trekking across the London Underground with all their bags!

From pickup to choice of car and willingness to oblige I don’t think you can beat this experience!

The rental company picked us up with a company car and took us back to the metro station. The driver Naveed was very polite. It took us no more than 10 minutes to return the car. We are satisfied.

The people were very friendly and the car itself was fine. Clean and fine to drive. The trip to and from Hatton Cross with a shuttle bus from there was a little inconvenient and time consuming. The pick up process for the car needs streamlining. Why can I not send scans of my driving licence and passport, as well as my credit card details online, so that I can just provide a collection code and be handed the keys? On return of the car I also felt that the staff were a little too keen to find the smallest of scratches on the paintwork and on the wheels (there were none on mine thankfully given the list of extortionate damage charges listed on the desk).

Aaron dropped me to the premier inn at T4 after car hire for no extra charge !

So i initially picked these guys as they had the most competitive rate for csr hire (I managed to book more than a week in advance). Getting to the office was a small wrinkle but their shuttle made it much easier. The car itself (a cute little i10) got me to wales and back in one piece and was a good ride (though the inside was a little worn). Overall pleasant experience - thanks to Arun, Naveed Usman for everything!

I wrote a positive review on leaving my car with Allegiance 2 weeks ago. I am happy to report that the pick up on return from our holiday was equally pleasing and again most friendly.
I note one negative review, but see the writer says he waited at the airport - of course the system is that one does have to get the Underground from Heathrow to Hatton Cross (Free) and get picked up from there -doh!! I am not a friend or bot

Although they say the shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, I waited a full hour and called repeatedly. I was waiting in the drizzle - unwelcome after a transatlantic flight.
Completely unacceptable level of service!

This is hands down the worst airport parking experience I’ve ever had. We were left stranded at the airport for over 3 hours after being repeatedly told, “the driver will be there in 20 minutes.” Every single time 20 minutes passed, I called again — only to be told the same lie. This went on for hours.

I was with two very young children and my pregnant wife, standing around late at night, exhausted, just waiting for a pickup that never came. Not once did they apologise or take responsibility — just endless excuses and empty promises.

In the end, I had to pay for an Uber to their office just to collect my own car. The level of incompetence, dishonesty, and total disregard for customers is unbelievable.

If you value your sanity, your time, or even a basic level of decency — stay far away from this company. They should not be allowed to operate.

Do not trust the positive reviews, they have clearly been left by bots/'family'

Great communications throughout which is always appreciated. But who really stole the show and experience was "ARUN". Such a personable, professional, friendly young man who could not have been more naturally helpful or capable. A great example of excellent customer service- wish it was always like this. Thank you Arun.
