Amazing and friendly service! Didn’t expect to get a bike but they have great deals and warranty.

Was having issues with my Van Moof (which they don’t even sell) and they kindly had a look for me to check the basics. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly advice. The strongest argument for buying locally.

Great choice of Ebikes and the ability to try as many bikes before buying. Excellent customer service and product knowledge very friendly, no pressure to buy. My new bike was ordered and ready for collection within a few days.

After doing a lot of research, I decided the Estarli E20 would be a good option for my requirements. I contacted Allen’s E-Bikes for a test ride. I spoke to Dave, they didn’t have the colour I wanted in stock, but would get it in for my visit.
On arrival I met Dave who was very friendly and knowledgeable. After the test ride I asked if I could also have a ride on the Mirider One, which I fell in love with. Despite ordering a bike specially for me, Dave was fine that I purchased a different one.
It reinforces the fact you really need to have a test ride before purchasing. Allen’s carries a large stock of different models, so you can make the right decision. The 120 mile round trip was well worth the time and effort.

I purchased the GoCycle G4 after years of thinking about getting an E-Bike for a little more exercise, commutes to work and getting me out of the car for the short journeys around town.

Helpful friendly staff facilitated a store visit that allowed me to view and test ride a cycle I'd discovered on the internet. I subsequently ordered the bike in an alternative colour and spec. Allen's sourced this bike from estarli, the manufacturer. All positive.

Dave and his team really know their stuff; took time to properly demo different bikes to me, answering all of my tedious questions with patience and good humour. They’re passionate about electric bikes, without being pushy, and this helped me narrow down to the right bike for me. All bike shops should be like this.

Made a 160 mile round trip to Allen’s E-bikes. What a great shop full to the brim with bikes and accessories that you may need. Test rode bike I was interested in no time pressure or to buy said bike. Great one to one customer service and information given . Even if you don’t know which bike is for you they have everything you can think of. Would highly recommend. Will be back I’m sure when hubby decides he needs a bike .

We have just had our e-bikes serviced for the second time at Allen’s and we had the same great experience as last time (2years ago). The bikes feel as though they’re new, with all glitches fixed and new brake pads fitted. They even cleaned them!

Dave opened up the shop just for me to collect my e28 pro with black frame. It was everything I expected and he explained how it all operated and I also bought a good lock. There might be a little issue to deal with but I was reassured that all the help is there despite me living 65 miles away. The price was slightly less than advertised elsewhere and the performance of the machine is excellent. One friend has seen the bike and really admired its sleek appearance, concealed battery and small motor on the back hub.

I bought my Estarli E28 Pro 2 weeks ago from Allen’s E-bikes. Their knowledge was exemplary. They weren't pushy for a sale, allowed me to do a test ride and had really competitive pricing.

2 weeks later after 100km racked up, mid ride, I had an issue. the power was pulsing, I’d lost power assist. To make it worse, Im going on a cycling holiday later in the week. I phoned Allen’s E-bike in a bit of a panic. They calmed my anxieties, telling me they’ll get me on that holiday with my bike. They asked me to bring the bike down to the shop which I did asap, mud & all.

They promptly cleaned my bike down, diagnosed a sensor error, got the bike to Estarli where they, with no qualms replaced the sensor. I incurred no cost, the issue was resolved & best of all, this was all done in less than 48hrs with no costs incurred.

I can’t rate these guys highly enough (including Estarli). I will be recommending all involved to anyone who listens to E-bike stories. *****Stars!!!

Came to test ride an ebike we had seen at the Cycle Show the day before - warm, enthusiastic and knowledgeable welcome from Dave led us to evaluate and test ride a few options with no time pressures whatsoever - one type we had initially not considered emerged as the best choice for us and two ebikes came home that very evening!
