ALLFEAMS a supposed company on Facebook trying to sell special deals buy 3 at 19.99 and get 2 free for a total of 5 bottles of female products (gummies) charged me for all 5 containers of the gummies. BAD COMPANY! Would not cancel order after my bank declined the purchases!

Resolving an issue.
Unfortunately I had an issue with a recurring payment deducted from my account. I did contact Alfemme through email to immediately stop this. They came back to me within a few hours and immediately explained how it came about. The issue was corrected and resolved within minutes. Thank you Maddy, much appreciated.

I had an issue with my VIP subscription…
I had an issue with my VIP subscription and requested a full refund. Kendra from AllFeams Customer Care was very helpful, understanding, and professional. She listened to my concern, processed my full refund to my original payment method, and cancelled my subscription to prevent any further charges. I really appreciate how quickly she helped resolve the issue. Thank you, Kendra, for the excellent customer service!
