Please don’t waste your money on this site. They have fake product and material is really cheapest. Please check review first before buying anything from this scam site. I ordered my scrub for my new job. I spend $70. I told them someone stole my packet. I asked the guy on the phone to help me out or refund back. I never get my parcel at all. I waited for more days maybe they will send me late. They ate my money after that I never get anything from this site. So please watch out from this thief.

I wasted 246.00 dollars at this company. My shirts were super small not large. My pants were to big . My solid black dickie shirts looked like they ran out of ink of something. So they were black pen striped with gray. I messaged them on their customer service chat. The man would not take back anything or even fix the supposedly all black shirts. I can only wear all black. So I'm stuck with this order. 😕 The guy even cut my chat short. Said we don't take anything back and then he was gone. Times are though and money isn't easy. So I wanted to let everyone know about this. Basically they take weeks to send and then send things that you can't fit. They also send scrubs that are irregular and rejects. That's what I paid for.

I ordered 2 scrub pants on may 13. One I received but the other showed being processed on my order. Waited. Called the company (known as Careismatic company and they are run thru a foreign call center) and was told they are out of stock. Yea, let's not mention that on your website prior to ordering. Anyway, they tell me to "call back next week" and they will take care of the issue at that time if the product still hasn't arrived. I call back because...no product. That tell me they apologize and they are "looking into it". Another words, they will not be sent. I paid for a product I never received! Very, VERY disappointed. Stick to local stores. Much quicker and more reliable.

my review for anyone will order outside US they will not accept your VISA in till they have the VISA full information WHICH IN MY COUNTRY DOESN'T ALLOWS (for privacy and freud reasons) I place order on black friday which was a big deal BUT till that deliver due date with NO confirmation about the shipping I try to contact through email and the answer was your order was canceled !!! with no word no email no cancel on the website NOTHING . just email reply to my emil that they cancel my order . ( when I try to know why it canceled the employee said but my international VISA and ask for the VISA information . It was bed experience.

I placed orders twice. AllHeart emailed me thanking me for my purchase. I waited for my orders, each time they said that they cancelled my orders. I contacted and they said they'll resolved the problem but they couldn't resolved and each time they said that they have technical issues.I think it is illegal company.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. I PLACED AN ORDER ON 1/5/23 AND IT WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT COMMUNICATION. THEN I RE-ORDERED ON 1/9/23 AND THAT ORDER WAS CANCELLED AS WELL. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 1/10 ASKING WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ORDER, SHE STATED IT WAS CANCELLED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES BECAUSE I USED A DIFFERENT CC THAN MY PRIOR ORDER. ALL HAD THE SAME BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS! SHE TOLD ME TO TRY BACK IN 24 HOURS. I ASKED THE REP IF I WOULD GET THE SAME BOGO PRICING AND PROMO CODE SHE SAID YES. AFTER 24 HOURS THE BOGO WAS NOT VALID, SO I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY WOULD NOT MATCH MY PRICING, WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME EXCEPT SAY I CAN USE THE 15% OFF I HAD FROM THE FIRST ORDER, AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME STATING THERE IS NOTHING MORE THEY COULD DO. IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN ONCE DURING A PROMOTION, THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHOUT NOTICE!

The scrubs I ordered were the wrong color. I clicked what color I wanted when I ordered the scrubs, and the color I received was completely wrong. Now I’m out a scrub set for my semester of PA school. I was also told that my scrub set was buy one get one free, but I never received another set. I also bought a cheap otoscope (which was also buy one get one free), but I never received the free one. I would NOT recommend this company.

Placed an order Nov 27 to take advantage of a bogo sale. Received confirmation for this order. Dec 5, I checked the status of the order via phone call since I had not received shipping information or an update by email. Representative said the order had been cancelled since they could not confirm the shipping/billing address (which was correct). I had not received notification of the cancellation until I called. He said to place another order and the order would be processed and honored if placed within 24hrs and that this case would be escalated. I went ahead and placed a second order right after the phone call and received confirmation. I checked for the status of this order Dec 6, the next day, and again it was cancelled without notice. I called again and the representative gave me the same excuse, they couldn't process the order, invited me to place a third order and that it would be honored and processed within 24hrs and that they would escalate the case. Surely, this is not true as no followup was received from the first or any order. I looked at Better Business Bureau reviews and this company is very shady and unprofessional. No one should be doing business with them.

Made a large order of scrub sets. Waited four months and did not receive my order. Phoned customer service and they gave me fake delivery date for 8 wks straight.

Cancel my order and will NEVER purchase from this crappy company again. An absolute disappointment!!

I pay $294.00 . When I return all except 4 pant. They refund me $89.19 cent. What a joke man! THIS have to be my worst experience all my entire life. Customers 😆😆😆😆😆😆 is also joke.

I would give this company no stars if I was able to. So I placed an order on 10/27 and 10/28, let me first let you know that the order I placed on 10/28 was canceled and no one notified me I started looking for an email that I never got, it wasn’t until I looked online and seen it was canceled. Don’t even bother with the coupons/promotions they send because if you use them they get it back in shipping cost and if you get free shipping then you can’t use the coupons. Took 2 weeks to get the items, I ordered 10 items but only received 7. When I called o was informed that all the tops that I ordered for the bottoms were on back order with no estimated arrival date. When I asked why I wasn’t notified no one could give me an answer. I was offered cancellation but was told I wasn’t charged when I was. They refused to change the item for something similar and tried to make me pay for the items again. I asked to return it and was told because it was on sale that I couldn’t return or exchange the item. I’m still waiting for the hold to be removed from the canceled order on 10/28 and apparently I’m going to be waiting awhile for the tops to all the bottoms I ordered. I read the reviews and still decided to give this company a try but this company is garbage and the customer service is the worse. If you’re wondering about the items that I did receive, the quality sucked the ran super big and not the size in the sizing chart they provided online. The scrubs looked cheap. Stay away from this company and shop in stores if you have the option. This company sucks and will rip you off and try to double charge you if given the chance. Please don’t purchase from here

I never suggested to buy scrub if you out of us I live in Vancouver I bought scrub i take 1 month to have it unfortunately size is not fitted i should return with my expense and i already paid 50$ for shipment and until now i am not receiving my fee back just sending email and no response it is insane and so inconvenienced

All Heart does NOT disclose that on the website that if you choose a different font that the font size will vary. They have zero way to escalate an issue. I have spoken with Peter, and Max Watson and will continue to call and gather names and share them until I get the resolution I am requesting.

I ordered 2 scrub tops on 9/16. They both arrived today 9/23. I ordered a Stitch M scrub top and a Marvel M Scrub top. I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing. I read them after and did a lot of research. The reviews had me worried I was scammed. I tried to check my order status and it would say my order didn’t exist which concerned me even more. I called the customer service number and got an immediate answer. The representative was so kind. They explained their website was being updated. The told me my items were shipped 9/19 and would arrive today. They did arrive today. It was exactly what I ordered. I’m 155lb and both M tips for perfectly. All these bad reviews had me worried for nothing. This company is not a scam. They have wonderful customer service. They are based in California. I received my items sooner than I expected. I will order again and I’m pleased with my purchase.

I don't like buying anywhere that I can't return for free if it doesn't fit when it arrives! That's just crappy service.

Ordered a stethoscope for a graduation gift and received the case BUT NO STETHOSCOPE INSIDE!!! I reached out to customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything else for me. SO I PAID $120 FOR A BOX WITH NO STETHOSCOPE.

Customer service is terrible. If you have problems with your order and need a person to help, good luck getting your problems addressed. Bare minimum effort.

I ordered scrub tops from this company twice already, and each time, it has been a satisfying experience. The material is of good quality and their products are reasonably priced compared with other uniform companies. In addition, items are delivered rather quickly (arrived in 10 days).

I ordered on All Heart for the first time because they had the brand of pants I wanted for a great price. My order arrived in a timely manner and I received what I paid for. I will probably order from this site again, soon.
