Misleading exchange policy
I ordered a new product they have on their website and had the bell engraved. The tubing color does not look like their website and looks very cheap for an expensive stethoscope. I called to exchange the tubing and they are not doing ANY exchanges for any reason. Be careful when ordering anything from Allheart.
Terrible customer service
Paid expedited shipping for items only to be told that all the items were on back order once they didn’t arrive on time. They were in-stock when order was placed. They refuse to refund the shipping & I will not have items before I leave for trip for which the order was placed. Just lost a repeat customer & will never recommend.

Ordered medium scrubs as a 5'11'' male and they are absurdly large. The crotch hangs about an inch above my knees.
Unfortunately they won't let me return or exchange them because the scrub tops are embroidered with my school's logo. They won't exchange the pants because they were purchased "as a unit with the top". Guess I'm out $70 . . . Thanks Allheart.

Just a terrible company now - what haqppened? On July 3, 2021 I ordered 2 MEDIUM sets of scrubs, embroidered, for my FEMALE employee. She is 5'6 135#. What arrived on July 12, 2021 was two sets of embroidered scrubs (label: Med) that were so large that they fit me, a 6' 213# MALE (I take XL). Allheart says there are NO RETURNS ON EMBROIDERED items.
I see their method: when an item is ordered embroidered, they send MS-SIZED clothes and then deny the return based only on the embroidery.

The delivery, prices, and customer service are fine. I have no complaints about that. If you want to purchase from here, go directly to the store if you can. Just be aware of their store policies regarding exchanges.
I got their brand uniforms. The size/fit was completely off, so I opted for a larger size, twice. And twice the sizes were off. I knew that I could fit a different brand in the original size just fine, but with this store, I could not get a different brand, they were apparently so technology deprived that they couldn't simply charge me the difference if the price was more. I asked if I could just get store credit (you know, so I could use it on the brand I KNEW I could fit) but that was not an option. My ONLY option was to get the same brand and style in a different size. Again, I had already tried that, twice. So, now, since the refund time has passed (not their fault), I am stuck with a box full of uniforms, still in their original packaging, save for two pair of pants I tried on. The only thing they are good for is quilt making. Or maybe I'll make some ragdolls.

I live in Canada so online it says shipping is max 14days.
It says next day shipping but the label was created 2 days later so was not shipped the next day. I called several times to ask when it would show up. Talked to the online service people. The package I think was lost because it never showed up to ups. After a month and 3rd time inquiring about my package it still did not show up to ups. Was told to keep on waiting. I asked for my money back and they refunded the wrong amount. Then charged my visa again without permission with a amount I did not agree with. I had to call back and say I was being overcharged. I still payed partially for my package that was never shipped because if exchange rates. Does this company even exist I have no idea, ups never got my package. Bad customer service when you ask about your package. They lied to us about when the sticker was printed/when was shipped. I felt they didn't listen when they charged my visa a 2nd time because they refunded me too much, for an amount I didn't agree with. So in the end I lost money to this company and nothing was ever shipped after a month. Don't risk it. I dont think it exists to be honest from my experience. I payed for something that never showed up to UPS, I didnt get any answers for what happened to it. You think they would resend it or something but they never did just keep waiting is their response. I order a lot of stuff from Amazon that comes from the states. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM GETTING PACKAGES from the US to CANADA. This is not an excuse being a different country. If Amazon can do it in 2 days you should be able to do it under a month. I still don't know what happened to the scrubs. Well... off work now so I dont need them. I bought these before I really needing them. I believed in their 14 day max shipping to Canada. I loved struggling after the 2 weeks thinking this company was going to send me maternity scrubs. Nope never showed up. Don't put any faith into them. I got screwed over and suffered working in things that didn't fit well causing me pain because I never got what they promised and no answers for why it dissapeared.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I was lied to multiple times by their service department when they told me that there was something in stock that I needed urgently. They pushed back the delivery date twice, then switched to another similar product twice. Three weeks later they had told me that the device would be back in stock 2 weeks later. If they were honest and said that the device was out of stock from the beginning, then I would have understood. They continued lying about whether or not their Materials were available. The people on the phone were extremely patronizing. They were playing games such as putting me on hold and putting me on with themselves again instead of their manager. I can’t express the lack of professionalism that I experienced. The company is really gone downhill.

My orders weren’t shipped on the same day. They weren’t shipped in the same week actually. I ordered 2 lab coats and 2 scrub sets, and my purchase was divided into 3 shipments. Their best estimated delivery date is March 24th, so here I am still waiting.

I have purchased from them years and years ago and was happy, which is why I decided to order new face masks for my daughter and I. I have tried to check my order status on the website and it keeps saying no order found. I spoke to someone through the chat and was given a tracking number for UPS, and same thing. Nothing found. I speak to someone through the chat for a 3rd time and was told the same thing I told them at the beginning of the chat. Then I was pretty much told they can't help me. Not sure what happened with this company, but I will most likely never order from them again. I was told that it shipped on 2/20 through UPS and I paid for the 5 days shipping. Very dissatisfied I understand that circumstances happen but when the warehouse is shutdown customer service should of sent out an email notifying customers of the inconvenience. And when customer support is called trying to figure out why you are unable to track your package not knowing the warehouse is in Texas. Requesting a refund because you cant wait 30 to 90 days for your order. The response is I will put your request in but being told "not sure what the response will be" is not very reassuring. I will not be ordering from this company again. I am very dissatisfied being a first time customer after reading the wonderful reviews.

It takes 1-2 months to receive my order. The order ALWAYS comes incomplete (due to no stock) and in different shipments throughout the 1-2 month periods where they will charge my account with no warning. Then I’m left with scrubs that do not have a matching top or bottom. Customer service is poor as well. Frustrating.

I've purchased two items from allheart.com, a medical supply company; the first purchase was a 3M Littman Classic III stethoscope (excellent piece of equipment and I was pleased with the product, packaging, and timely delivery) and the second, a Prestige Medical Single-Hand One-Tube Aneroid Sphygmomanometer (blood pressure monitor). I had packaging and quality issues with this second item and contacted allheart; they responded the same day through email and apologized for the concerns I raised. Then, they refunded my money, which I was not expecting nor did I request them to do so.
People know there are many scam companies out there on the internet and it is so helpful to have a site like trustpilot.com to learn something about an unknown company before we purchase any items. I can vouch for allheart.com from my buying experience from them and can attest to fact they are a real company where you will not get ripped off. And if you are not pleased with an item and contact them, from my experience, you will get rapid response and a quick resolution to the problem, without them making lame excuses. I like that.
