I have just purchased a home at St Mary’s Chase Stanton under Bardon. Vikki the Sales Executive couldn’t have been more helpful. She explained everything fully and went out of her way to make things easy to understand and to make sure that I was happy with the house and the plot.
Very excited to be moving in at the end of September. Thank you Vikki!

Excellent service from very knowledgeable and lovely people!
Charlie at St Mary’s Chase has been so helpful the past weekend (a bank holiday weekend too!) at helping us find our dream first home!
As first time buyers, she took the time to show us our options and explain thoroughly the process and guided us the whole way through!
I visited twice on the same day to show my parents the property too because I was so impressed and unlike other developers, I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision! I can’t thank her enough for how helpful she has been and I’m so excited to move into my new home in the next few months😊
