Very good Sales Advisor, explained everything so well and made us feel at ease and better informed,superb member of Staff!!

Love the bungalow but the price went up 10,000£ while we were viewing flabbergasted and dismayed.When asking why was told it’s just the nature of the beast

We felt warmly welcome by Tanya at Wootton grange. This is our first home and the whole process was new to us. She managed to navigate us through each and every step patiently and made the whole experience nice and smooth. A big thank to whole Wootton Grange staff for making our dream home a reality.

A beautiful home, well located in the landscape. Great customer service from Rachel and Lynn who were really helpful and took the time to share information on the local community: shops, village amenities, clubs and societies and public transport accessibility. They were presenting a place, a home, not just a product.

Turned up with no appointment- Heather very welcoming and spent time discussing our requirements and then showed around 3 properties that could be suitable.
Properties look to be built to a good standard with a choice of several styles to choose from

The whole experience has been great, sales team (Annabelle) are reachable, caring and understanding. Site team (Liam and George) have supported the moving in, and updating me regulalry of site activities. And the aftercare team (Lou) are there every step of the way, with continued check in's and closing of snagging items. I have moved into new build developments 4 times and can honestly say the build quality, customer service and the willingness to support is second to none. Thank you Allison Homes

People worth a mention at Allison homes, Liam Carrol, Hayley Kilbon and in particular Claire Walker who stayed very late to ensure all our reservation matters went smoothly and to rush through last minute changes to our choices.

Liam was fantastic, no hard sales and put me at ease from the moment I walked through the door.

Went in to look at the buying process for moving out next year and spoke to the lovely Annabelle. She was super helpful, friendly and informative.

The site managers George and Liam have just gone above and beyond for me and my family. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We absolutely love living here. The location is great. The house is gorgeous and it's finished to a very very high standard, everyone's always checking that we are okay and comfortable and happy and really genuinely do care about us having a good experience and being happy in our new home.. It's so nice. New builds get a lot of bad press and bad reputations but this one has been a dream so far. I'm sure if we ever do encounter any problems that the guys on site will be quick to come sort it for us. Thank you all so much. X

We’ve had such a great experience with Allison Homes, especially as first-time buyers. Angie was brilliant from the start, from taking them to show us around the site to handover. Angie definitely made the whole process so much easier and less stressful for us.

Since moving in, Grant and Chloe have also been fantastic with after-sales. Any issues we’ve had have been sorted quickly, and they’ve always made sure we were happy with everything.

We’re really pleased with the quality of the house and absolutely love our new home. A huge thank you to Angie, Grant, Chloe and the whole team!

Where to start.

We have bought a home 6 years ago from Alison Homes (Larkfleet previously) from day 1 we had render problems. It was agreed a whole house repaint was in order.

2 years on it was finally done but to a really bad standard, patches on the paint, chunks of render taken out but scaffolding poles coming down.

6 months on it was agreed a secondary repaint was in order.

2 years of chasing and various people leaving the company it was agreed and workers were to be arranged.

7 months later, the workers came with enough paint to do one side of the house. Despite the whole house being a problem and agreed over the phone with them this was the case. The painters ran out of paint on the back end of the house so 3/4 of the backend is one colour, 1/4 is a completely different colour.

After escalating to one of their complaints team, a very nice lady said I'll come out with our site manager once I'm back from holiday and we'll take a look around and come up with a plan.

I then chased 3 weeks after she came back from holiday to then get an AI written email saying we will paint the 1/4 we missed but good luck with the rest of it. So no site visit as promised.

A shocking company to deal with and 5+ years of chasing.

To top it all off, the decorators they hired fell off the scaffolding, smashed our patio door and ruined our patio tiles. Still waiting for that to be fixed 9 weeks on. More chasing.

We recently completed on our new home with Alison Homes at Beaufort Gardens and have been really impressed with the whole experience.
From the beginning, Angie in sales was fantastic. She was friendly, patient and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to show us around the property, explain everything clearly and talk through all the options with us. We were able to visit the property several times throughout the process seeing it in stages, Angie was always happy to help and it never felt rushed.
As we got closer to completion, Grant, our site manager contact introduced himself, he was equally helpful and welcoming in making sure everything was finished to a good standard and addressing any final details showing a real care for the work of his team. Chloe from aftercare has also been brilliant, helping us settle in, taking us through the home and explaining the aftercare process.
Overall, Alison Homes made what can be quite a stressful experience feel straightforward, comfortable and well-informed. We’re really pleased with our new home and grateful to Angie, Grant and Chloe for making the whole process such a positive one. Thank you!
