They are the Worst of the Worst and there homes are not built to last. I was almost killed when ridge tiles and mortar blocks fell from the roof at 18 Matchams Close, BH24 2BZ.
They and there partners in crime e g. GOWLINGS are CORRUPT. AVOID AT ALL COST. WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

Seabrook Orchards, Exeter

Visited Bloor Homes development at Seabrook Orchards near Exeter. Hayley explained the whole development to us and we viewed the current available homes. She was excellent. Very impressed with the properties which are a short distance from Topsham. They are very well designed and have a high quality spec. There is another phase to add to this development and once finished, it should be a very pleasant place to live.

4+ Months, Multiple Failures, No Usable Garden – Shocking Aftercare

This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience from start to finish.

The lawn was first laid in December and failed almost entirely. A second attempt was carried out in March, yet we are now over four months on and still left with a patchy, uneven surface with large bare areas. The garden remains completely unusable.

Despite multiple opportunities to rectify the issue, there has been no meaningful improvement. Each attempt has failed to deliver a lawn of an acceptable standard, and at this stage it is clear that the approach taken has not worked.

We are extremely unhappy with the aftercare provided by Bloor Homes. Communication has been poor, and rather than taking ownership of the issue, we have been repeatedly advised to “wait” due to weather conditions, despite the problem persisting across several months and attempts.

We have now clearly requested that the lawn is re-turfed, as further seeding is not a viable solution, yet no firm resolution or timescale has been provided.

We have effectively been left without a usable garden for over four months, which is entirely unreasonable. This situation now requires urgent resolution, and we expect a clear plan of action without further delay.

I would strongly avoid purchasing a Bloor home based on our experience.

Purchased a property on Wallingford Reach 2021, everything went smoothly despite a very rude initial sales representative, we dealt with her colleagues, and they were much more professional.

After care, few repeat issues and had a couple hiccups with customer services, but eventually everything got sorted, nothing majorly unexpected.

HOWEVER, 5 years later, estate has been completed, but they still haven't handed off to the management company. I suspect Bloor are looking to expand the development as they have requested planning permission in the field next to the development, as such don't want to hand over until that is complete.

I am currently trying to sell the property, and because of this it's become a nightmare, upon request of the 'Management Pack' Bloor outright denied responsibility, and pointed fingers at First Port, 4 months later and Bloor finally admitted they are still managing the estate and claimed responsibility, yet still refuse to provide the relevant documentation needed to sell my property despite multiple requests from both myself and my solicitor. It's feels like they are trying to trap me in the property, like I've purchased something impossible to sell.

Responses have been dismissive with low levels of professionalism.

'ANY HELP' has been non-existent, it's been game of pass the blame and deny responsibility and not offer any reasonable solutions.

Have raised this with the planning board regarding the impact on existing residents' property rights if Bloor is permitted to expand while failing in its duties to the current development.

Bloor have been amazing!

Bloor have been amazing throughout the whole process. From the initial contact and viewing the show homes, where they answered questions, and allowed the show homes to speak for themselves. The support they gave through the selling of our home which was highly stressful was massively reassuring. We were included in every decsion, sent photos of the progress and given the opportunity to visit. Moving in day was made special by the team, the quality of our home is exceptional and the aftercare has been faultless. Kane, Maisie and Kate were amazing throughout and have left us in the capable hands of the site team. Callum has been on hand to answer any question we have, no matter how big or small.

Failed to provide what was promised.
We purchased a bloor home now been here for 3 months they promised. A rotary clothes lines, £300 worth of travel vouchers to date NOTHING.
yet our neighbour and even our new neighbours has received these..!!! OBVIOUSLY Discrimination

Good Visit - Thank you Lindsey

We visited the Aspen Brook site yesterday and were hosted by a sales advisor named Lyndsey Helm.
Lyndsey said that she had not been with Bloor Homes very long which surprised me because she was very knowledgeable about the properties on the site and and also about the company Bloor Homes.
Lyndsey was an excellent host and answered all our queries. I was impressed with the digital screen which Lindsey operated like a wizard to show us different views of the properties.
Whilst I have not identified a suitable property yet, I was impressed with the hosting,

Outstanding support and professionalism from the Shrivenham office—especially Jo and Jenny.

All members of the team we spoke to were very supportive and helpful. Harvey even took us around the plots and had excellent customer service (a true credit). Helpful and Supportive

When I bought my first Bloor new build…

When I bought my first Bloor new build , at first inspection you think everything is new and looks great , but after a while iv been 5 years in , you notice doors don’t line up and keep banging front door doesn’t shut properly and let’s draft in, the windows have condensation most mornings , nothing lines up, plug sockets in the kitchen are all over the place nothing lines up not even cupboards , no space for your pans , food etc toilets are cheap and flush button pops out of toilet , walls are like cardboard ,carpet on stairs came unstuck , the lust goes on and on , my first new build and I totally regret , it’s not just me , my Neigbour is in tears with her house after 2 tears , please be aware new is not always the answer

Everything ran smoothly, and any questions I had were answered quickly. The quality of the home is excellent, with great attention to detail.

Bloor Homes, Dawlish View… Amazing!

We have recently purchased our first home, located at the Bloor Homes Dawlish View site, specifically a Lawrence house design.

From start to finish our experience has been excellent, from the sales team giving us lots of support during the reservation and buying process all the way through to completion they were on hand 7 days a week to make us feel at ease in the process. A very well organised and positive team, a refreshing experience for us both. In particular Liana and Kane who we dealt with, a credit to the company.

After completion the site team have been excellent ensuring that we have settled in well and helping us with any minor snags, these have been picked up and actioned quickly and we really appreciate the proactive and logical approach that has been taken to ensuring our new home is perfect and everything is done correctly, we really appreciate that no corners have been cut. The site management is fantastic and very well organised, Oli the site manager that we have dealt with is a credit to this site and company.

The quality of the house itself is second to none and testament to the level of site management and the product that Bloor offer.

All in all a fantastic experience start to finish, we would not hesitate to buy another Bloor Home.

We had a fantastic experience buying…

We had a fantastic experience buying our home at Hereford Point and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The whole process was handled professionally and smoothly from start to finish, with clear communication at every stage.

Emma made the experience of customising our home especially enjoyable. She genuinely wanted us to have the best we could get and took the time to guide us through the options, making sure everything suited our needs and preferences. Her approach made what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and personal.

Since moving in, Manny, the site manager, has been incredibly helpful in assisting with all snags. Any issues were resolved promptly and were mainly minor things you’d expect with a new build, which gave us confidence in the overall quality and aftercare.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home and would highly recommend Hereford Point to anyone looking to buy. Thank you for helping make such a big milestone such a positive experience.

First home

My boyfriend and I started looking around December 2025, Bloor were the first houses that we looked at and no other houses we viewed compared. Tash, Lauren and Luke were all equally amazing and helpful through the whole process from when we first met them to now, where we are soon to have a move in date.

Harlestone Park. Bloor at it's best

My journey began over 12 months ago. Having long run out of space in my 2 Bed Terrace, I started looking for a new home in and around the Duston area in Northampton. Those of you who know the area, are aware it is in the middle of a huge period of growth with multiple developers building hundreds/thousands of new homes. I started lines of communication with developers I had an interest in, and it was quickly evident that the Sales advisors Harlestone park were in a different league to the numerous developers in close proximity.
Antonio Quintal and Faye Inglis were quick to assist. With clear and simple explanations of the process and what they had to offer. But more importantly, they are incredibly approachable. Every visit was laughter filled. And I always walked away confident in their abilities to proceed as they had promised.
Then the call came. And the offer of part exchange was made.
This removed ALL the stress and worry. The entire Process was handled by Bloor, including the sale of my house, and I was lucky enough to be along for the ride. I decided to use their recommended Solicitor and Mortgage broker, who handled all the complicated bits. With clear and concise communication.
Kushi Shivi then joined and assisted me through my First fix. With great explanations and enthusiasm.
Faye spent a few hours with me on Second Fix. Selecting floorings. Wardrobes. Kitchen styles. All the good stuff. Will be remembered as one of my favourite days for a long time.
Completion day was on time and was only marred by rain :)
Kushi made sure I was happy and informed. The house is everything I dreamt and more. Not a single regret on any of the options.

If I could do it again.
I would pick Bloor homes.
Harelstone park.
And enjoy the process with Antonio, Faye and Kushi as company.
