Lynne at the Greenacres site has been amazing from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble for her and always goes out her way to help even as much as to go above and beyond what she probably should.
Lynne is a massive credit to the company and one to hold on too.

She’s always so cheery, friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.
It’s lovely to be greeted with a smile and she genuinely cares.

Was in today looking at a couple of house types. Was greeted by Lynne who was absolutely fantastic. Let us take our time deciding what house type we liked best then supplied us with lots of information!

Really good process from start to finish, Annabel Collins is as particularly helpful and was part of the process from start to finish. Would highly recommended, we are very grateful for everything.

Sam Taylor replaced our door hinges and door strip. Very pleasant, did the job efficiently and pleased to have them changed.

Visited Deemess Rise today. Met the lovely Pam and Layla in the community centre and was served a lovely coffee by Coffee on the Tyne. Lovely site, they definitely care about the local community ❤️

Jackie and Allison were warm, receptive and professional as they answered all questions, talked us through the process calmly. My family was delighted with how all our concerns and reservations were addressed. It was a great time and experience for us. Thank you Miller Homes

Harry arrived on time and explained what the job entailed. He was professional despite not being supplied with the correct meter box he completed the job with satisfactorily.

Darrell arrived on time and completed the job in good time. He fixed some settling cracks which involved filling and painting. He told us what he was doing at every step and asked us to check the work.

Harry & Greg were assigned to carry out remedial work on our house at Langley Gate. Firstly to say both are great friendly lads and chatting to them is nice. They are equipped with a fantastic set of hand and power tools to tackle any job! Harry has the biggest van you will ever see! They fitted a replacement bath, resolved creaking on the top 3 stair treads and some creaking in a bedroom. They make the work look easy. But without the tools they have and vast experience they have accumulated the work would be difficult, and their finishing back to best standard is second to none.

Mark did a great job, came in prepared job was fantastic and house keeping top notch when he finish, i strongly recommend him.

We are still in the process of purchasing our home with Miller Homes; however, from our very first meeting, Caroline has been incredibly attentive and supportive. No request has ever felt like too much trouble, and we have been extremely pleased with the arrangements she has put in place to help us reserve our property and guide us through the ongoing purchase process.

Having visited several other Miller Homes developments, it was clear that Caroline is a highly respected and well-known member of the team. Seeing the regard in which she is held by both colleagues and customers further reinforced our confidence that we were making the right decision in choosing Miller Homes for our forever home.

Throughout our journey so far, Caroline has consistently provided an excellent level of service, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth, enjoyable and well managed.

Harry and Mark arrived this morning to replace skirting boards. I had always thought more may be required and more work was needed.
The guys said what was needed and just did it no fuss no mess.
The downstairs toilet now looks a lot better than when we moved in.
It would have been easy just to do the what was on the job sheet but they didn’t they did a throughly professional job and had a professional attitude.

Minde came today and carried out the snag list in a professional manner. Took great care of the furnishings and covered them up well. Also left the place clean and tidy too. Happy with Minde's attitude and professionalism to his job.

Adam has been absolutely brilliant! He is reliable, professional, friendly, and takes great pride in his work. He has helped us with several repairs around our house, and everything has been done to a very high standard. He is always punctual, tidy, and takes the time to make sure everything is done properly.
