I honestly can't thank Nicola Frain enough for all of the support she has given me throughout the process of buying my new home with Miller Homes Blakeney Green development.
There have been times when due to personal circumstances, I have found the whole process quite difficult and overwhelming and Nicola has been absolutely amazing. She has listened to me, supported me and been incredibly patient and understanding throughout. I have never felt pressured and she has always taken the time to talk things through with me and reassure me when I've needed it.
Nicola has gone above and beyond and her kindness and genuine support have meant more to me than she probably realises.
Buying a new home should be an exciting experience but sometimes life makes things a little more complicated. Having someone like Nicola there has made such a difference to my experience.
She is an absolute credit to Miller Homes and I genuinely couldn't recommend her highly enough.
I would also like to give a special mention to Summer, who has been so lovely, helpful and supportive throughout too! Thank you both so much!

It's was one of the finest services and support we received as a first time buyer. The willowbrook Rise Countesthorpe site is lovely, quiet and comfortable access to most of the facilities. The sales development team helped us throughout our journey in finding mortgage, solicitor and other requirements where we were totally clueless. The whole sales team were amazing and so helpful on the Chapel Gardens site. Emma was the Miller Sales colleague who helped us back last October when we reserved and us informed all the way to move in September this year. The other Sales colleague were also great on Emma's absence/ leave (Zosia & Sharleen), and were great on the home demo's and snagging meetings pre key handover.

Emma at Chapel Gardens made the whole process of reserving and purchasing our new home very easy.

I have recently reserved a house in Countesthorpe Leicester with Millerhomes and my sales advisor SallyAnn has been super supportive and helpful from the very start making our journey much easier.

Excellent customer service from the sales team and site manager at Miller Park Clydebank. They answered all our questions and gave clear explanations and advice. They arranged to extend our reservation period due to our house sale falling through and gave us support at a very stressful time.

We had an amazing appointment with Hazel Hinchcliffe in York, she was absolutely brilliant at talking us through everything available and showing us as many houses as possible. She was friendly, very knowledgable and very generous with her time in helping us with our house search. Thank you so much Hazel for a really positive experience.

Me and my partner have now lived in our Miller home for around a year and a half and overall, I'm not sure we would recommend them if you are looking to buy your first home.

The problem is will Millers is that if you don't make them aware of any snags or cosmetic things that don't look right within the first week of being there e.g. painting, spots that need filling etc, nail pops etc then they will not sort this out for you.

It is only once you have lived in your home for a longer time that you start to pick up on more things that don't seem right and that have not been caused by yourself living in the home. Having only a week to be able to complete a comprehensive list is a tad unfair.

Millers do offer 2 year warranty for things that aren't cosmetic, for example leaks etc. However, the appearance of the home is important and it would be good if Millers could provide support in relation to cosmetic snags as I am aware other new home builders do this from feedback from family/friends.

Mark Taylor came to fix a windowsill that was all cracked. He came to look and see what the best option was and how he could help. He was so helpful and very friendly. Just wanted to say a big thank you to him, he’s done a great job.

We are currently in the process of buying a Miller home at Thornly Park and have received excellent service. The sales team Caroline and Sophie have been wonderful, so helpful and always willing to answer our questions. We are so excited to move into our new home next year.

The work carried out by Mark Taylor in our home was nothing short of amazing. He took his time to check everything that needed fixing, he did so with care and in a detailed manner, and ensured he walked us through what he had done and covered any questions we might have. Excellent work, much appreciated.

Mark came today and sorted everything out for us. He’s an amazing guy — very helpful, polite and friendly. He took the time to make sure everything was done properly and went above and beyond to help. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Mark to anyone!

On move in we found a snag that really prevented progressing setting up our home. I notified Angie in Customer Care and when she got the message Jake was around within minutes!

Jake was attentive/communicative and
did an immediate fix that helped then returned the next day as agreed to complete the job with the additional materials he needed. Throughout he was thorough and we really appreciated his diligence. He also gave me some very useful steers as I investigated bits around our new home that I was struggling with. Definitely a 5-star dude!

Chris Smith sorted the silicon sealant out for us today. Top guy, friendly, and quality job done.

We are buying our first home at Arlesey Gate and have had a fantastic experience so far working with Kelly. As first time buyers of a new build we didn’t fully know what to expect but the whole process so far has been very smooth and stress free. We get regular updates and Kelly is always available if we need for any questions or information. We are very much looking forward to moving into our new home and continuing the journey with Miller Homes.

I went in to the Greenachre site wanting to browse at the different houses .
I was welcomed by the lovely Lynne she was full of knowledge so patient and listened to all my needs .
She showed me round gave me lots of tips & information .I'm not buying right now but will be going back to see Lynne when I do .Great customer service .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
