Harry and Mark arrived this morning to replace skirting boards. I had always thought more may be required and more work was needed.
The guys said what was needed and just did it no fuss no mess.
The downstairs toilet now looks a lot better than when we moved in.
It would have been easy just to do the what was on the job sheet but they didn’t they did a throughly professional job and had a professional attitude.

Minde came today and carried out the snag list in a professional manner. Took great care of the furnishings and covered them up well. Also left the place clean and tidy too. Happy with Minde's attitude and professionalism to his job.

Adam has been absolutely brilliant! He is reliable, professional, friendly, and takes great pride in his work. He has helped us with several repairs around our house, and everything has been done to a very high standard. He is always punctual, tidy, and takes the time to make sure everything is done properly.

The property needed some additional paintwork both to rectify snagging and following some other snagging rectifications. The decorator, Mark Taylor, arrived on time and started by going through the jobs list with me to ensure nothing was missed and jobs were being done as expected. He was polite throughout his visit, checked I was happy with his work as he went, and did a full walkthrough when finished, happily going back to redo an area which wasn’t quite rectified. Extremely happy with his work and customer care.

Alex had a few jobs to do. He arrived on time and did them with no fuss. He took pride in ensuring he did a good job, which he did. He was also great with the dog who can be wary of new people, taking time to give him some fuss which meant he was calmer in the house as Alex was working.

We reported a small leak just before going on holiday, and the Miller Homes North West Customer Services team were quick to arrange for it to be resolved, meaning we could enjoy our holiday without having to worry!

On returning home, Miller Homes were once again quick to arrange the remedial works required. Particular thanks to Emma at NW customer services, Anthony at DG Plumber’s and Scott who attended today and did a great job repairing the ceiling plaster.

It was such a fantastic journey with Miller home,most expecially the staffs,Lynn,Debbie,Alex,Craig. They have been so helpful all through the journey. The support was constant. Thank you guys .

We had Petet Hodgson who has been to our house on a few occasions ,he is such a loveky man who goes above and beyoned .He repaired a our downs stairs toilet ceiling tiday plastered and painted that from a problem we had with our boike.Very clean worker Thankyiu

Lovely experience, the site team are lovely all the managers, Steve, Vince, Brendon and Dean, everyones helpful and prioritise safety, and the sales team is lovely aswell.

Me and my partner have looking for a new build family home in the Clackmannanshire area, still early day but our overall experience with Lynn and her willingness to help may swing us to buying a miller home in Sauchie

I am a first time buyer so as you can imagine, I didn’t know a lot going into Miller homes, and I didn’t actually end up going ahead with the purchase of a home. However, Maureen and the team there were absolutely amazing, they explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with everything being discussed. The reason I didn’t go ahead was nothing to do with the service they provided, and when I am ready I hope I will be able to use them to purchase my first home.

Caroline and Sophie made moving into our new home an excellent experience, could not recommend enough.

Caroline and Sophie made our house buying process a breeze! We had a really tight turn around and they were always incredibly helpful with us, they made us feel part of the development before we’d even moved in and removed a lot of the worry we had. Couldn’t recommend Miller or Sophie and Caroline enough!
