Where to start.

We have bought a home 6 years ago from Alison Homes (Larkfleet previously) from day 1 we had render problems. It was agreed a whole house repaint was in order.

2 years on it was finally done but to a really bad standard, patches on the paint, chunks of render taken out but scaffolding poles coming down.

6 months on it was agreed a secondary repaint was in order.

2 years of chasing and various people leaving the company it was agreed and workers were to be arranged.

7 months later, the workers came with enough paint to do one side of the house. Despite the whole house being a problem and agreed over the phone with them this was the case. The painters ran out of paint on the back end of the house so 3/4 of the backend is one colour, 1/4 is a completely different colour.

After escalating to one of their complaints team, a very nice lady said I'll come out with our site manager once I'm back from holiday and we'll take a look around and come up with a plan.

I then chased 3 weeks after she came back from holiday to then get an AI written email saying we will paint the 1/4 we missed but good luck with the rest of it. So no site visit as promised.

A shocking company to deal with and 5+ years of chasing.

To top it all off, the decorators they hired fell off the scaffolding, smashed our patio door and ruined our patio tiles. Still waiting for that to be fixed 9 weeks on. More chasing.

We recently completed on our new home with Alison Homes at Beaufort Gardens and have been really impressed with the whole experience.
From the beginning, Angie in sales was fantastic. She was friendly, patient and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to show us around the property, explain everything clearly and talk through all the options with us. We were able to visit the property several times throughout the process seeing it in stages, Angie was always happy to help and it never felt rushed.
As we got closer to completion, Grant, our site manager contact introduced himself, he was equally helpful and welcoming in making sure everything was finished to a good standard and addressing any final details showing a real care for the work of his team. Chloe from aftercare has also been brilliant, helping us settle in, taking us through the home and explaining the aftercare process.
Overall, Alison Homes made what can be quite a stressful experience feel straightforward, comfortable and well-informed. We’re really pleased with our new home and grateful to Angie, Grant and Chloe for making the whole process such a positive one. Thank you!

A very easy process with extremely responsive staff, this includes Angie that made the entire sales process seamless, to Chloe and Grant who helped with the home demonstration and after support. Highly recommend dealing with Allison Homes!

I have just reserved my purchase and cannot fault the service received from Amber at Finney Meadows so far. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable, talking me through my options and making sure I understand the process from beginning to end. I would highly recommend!

We wanted to take some time to communicate our gratitude and appreciation for the hard work the team at Allison Homes, especially Courtney in aftersales and Gage and Sarita managing the current site at Chapel Gate.

We have brought brand new properties several times, the team at Allison's have shown so much kindness and professionalism to an outstanding level in comparison to our previous purchases. But above everything their personal touch has made it extra special. (This is our first brand new Allison Homes) ☺️

We initially had issues getting snag work completed before Courtney took over our after care but since she has worked exceptionally hard to sort everything we asked and in a timely manner. Her communication and attention to detail is a credit to her and Allison Homes.

We honestly don’t think we would have had our minor issues sorted so promptly without her, Gage and Sarita - they really are a good example of team work at its best!!!!

We are exceptionally happy with our beautiful new home - the design and attention to the finish is amazing. Yes, we had issues with some contractors, however Gage Courtney and Sarita took action immediately to resolve the issues. This has not taken away any of the enjoyment of our new home.

Our experience today was amazing.
We saw Roxy who is incredibly knowledgeable and professional she is very friendly, bubbly and nothing is to much trouble. You can take as much time as you need, and ask as many questions as you wish and don't feel rushed or pressure in any way. Roxy is a total credit to Allison Homes.
We are looking forward to moving into our new home. 🥰

A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with a professional and positive approach throughout.
The whole experience was excellent, and I felt very comfortable and well looked after during the viewing. I came away feeling very positive and excited about my future new home.

As a first time buyer, I was put at ease with how smoothly everything ran from calling up to enquire, having a viewing and running through the process of reserving. No question was a silly question and I appreciated the support throughout the whole process. A special thank you to Amber for taking the time to go through everything with me and listening to every question I have had so far.

From the very beginning, Angie was incredibly helpful and supportive. We had plenty of questions throughout the process (and called her probably more times than we should have! 😊), but she was always patient, approachable and happy to help. The choices meeting was particularly well organised and detailed, and we felt that everything about the house, plans and options was explained clearly. We were kept informed at every stage and always felt that we knew what was happening.

We also really appreciated the effort made to keep us involved during construction. The videos and updates throughout the build were such a lovely touch.

One thing that really stood out to us was how thoughtful the team were about the little details. With the heatwave at the time, they were concerned that the newly laid turf might not survive if it was put down too early, so they arranged for it to be done after we had moved in instead. It made such a difference and we now have a lovely, lush garden! 🌿

The team were very accommodating when it came to arranging our completion and moving dates and we didn’t feel rushed.

Since moving in, Chloe from the customer care team has been absolutely lovely. Any small snags have been dealt with promptly. She even arranged for our recycling and packing materials to be removed while we were unpacking, which was such a thoughtful help during what was already a very busy time. Dennis, Grant and the wider team have also been fantastic and have made the whole process feel very well looked after.

Overall, our experience has been remarkably smooth and stress-free. The moving in gifts were lovely ☺️☺️

Tareena from Customer Care has always been friendly and approachable. Whenever I have raised any minor snagging issues with my new home, Tareena has dealt with these promptly and efficiently. She assigns an appropriate engineer or tradesperson for the job and keeps me informed of what is happening. Tareena has also gone out of her way to fit in appointments around my work schedule.

Tareena regularly calls me on the phone to check in and see if everything is OK with my new home. This is the second brand new home I have purchased, but the first one I have bought from Allison Homes. I never experienced this level of customer care and after service with my previous house builder and this has exceeded my expectations.

Heather, was just brilliant today so helpful, friendly and very knowable. Made the visit very enjoyable and helped us be very positive about the development so much it left it as a first choice for us.

Myself and my wife have been in our house for coming up to a year now. Any issues over that period have been dealt with and the continued support from Courtney Goodwin has been fantastic. The continued support, check ins and general care taken to keep in touch is just another reason why we are happy with our beautiful home. I couldn’t recommend Courtney enough as is a huge credit to the site in Moulton Chapel and the business.

We were able to look around the houses that we were interested in. The sales person was helpful in explaining everything to us and took the time to also discuss the area as we are re-locating.
