We have recently exchanged contracts and I can say Claire is one in a million, she has been such a massive help and supported us throughout. Been on hand whenever we had any questions. Thank you so much Claire for everything, we are forever grateful to you!

Me and my partner are in the process of buying our first home from Allison homes. When we first visited the sales office we were welcomed by Lianne and even though it was 10 minutes until closing she made the time to book us an appointment for the next day to have a look around some of the houses. Lianne is very informative and has helped us look at our options while taking our needs into consideration when choosing the right home for us.

I cannot recommend Allison homes enough to anyone looking to buy a new build house. Lianne has made the process so far easy and smooth sailing all while keeping us informed during every step. The communication has been great.

Just wanted to leave a review for Chris Simpson at Allison Homes. I had three walls that needed repairing after a water issue at our property in North Devon, and Chris sorted it out in three quick visits.

Communication was spot on the whole time, the walls look brand new again, and he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

We visited Allison Homes new site at Auster Meadows (Rearsby) recently looking for a new home. The service we received was excellent. Staff were really helpful and accommodating. From sneak previews of the show home to measuring up spaces to check our furniture would fit. Thanks for the attention to detail.

Sales executive at St Mary’s Chase was very friendly, gave us lots of information and left the appointment feeling we had all relevant questions answered.

Just visited Allison Homes' Finney Meadows site in Shepshed. Alan Taylor the Sales Executive was extremely helpful. We looked around the Show Home and then Alan took us to view a neighbouring plot with a different housetype for comparison. He was very knowledgeable about the site and explained in detail how it would eventually fit together. We have a property to sell but when it does we will be heading back to see Alan again.

Heather the site representative was extremely welcoming, a very happy person who made us feel relaxed. She was so professional in her approach. She spent a great deal of time explaining the types of homes available or when they would be available, how they were fitted out, cost & took us to see several homes in build so we could get an idea of what they would be like on completion. Nothing was too much trouble & she never rushed us at all. She is a credit to the company, every business should have a Heather working for them.

Popped in to view a couple of properties and was met by Agnese. We were shown around a couple properties. Agnese was very informative and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
Now seriously considering a move.

We made our second visit to Finney Meadows today to see Alan who made us feel very welcome.
He gave us a brief tour to the plot we were interested in, explaining everything in great detail.
We are now both very excited as we reserved a plot and look forward to working with Alan in the future as he guides us through the purchasing process.
We even had a follow up telephone call yesterday asking if we had any questions etc - excellent customer service!

We have had a really positive experience with Allison Homes, from the initial sales process through to moving into our new home. Annabelle was fantastic in helping us narrow down the different house types and supported us throughout the purchase process. Since moving in, Liam, George and Burt have also been brilliant, promptly resolving the few snags we encountered. We’ve been so pleased with our experience that we often recommend Allison Homes to friends and family whenever they mention they’re thinking about moving house.

The purchase process was absolutely fine (unsurprisingly). The team were attentive and helpful. Snagging was hard work but we had a helpful contact who got things done.

Having been in for less than two years, we came to discover that Allison Homes had snuck through a major change to the property behind us as a non material amendment, meaning we were not notified. The change meant that instead of a front garden behind our back garden, there will now be a two storey 5 bedroom house just a couple of metres the other side of our fence, and running the entire length of it. Our back garden is now enclosed on all four sides as we have garages either side. The company don't care about you once you're in, and you could be in our situation where our property will be significantly devalued, lose light and privacy. Customer care team couldn't have cared less and offered nothing in the way of helping ease the situation, such as offering to provide landscaping for privacy.

In addition, living on Allison Homes' active building site is terrible. They consistently start noisy works at 6.30-7am every day waking us and our infant up. I do not recommend and I wish we'd never bought this house, I'm devastated.

Sales consultant Annabel provided outstanding customer service today. She took the time to walk us through upcoming properties that perfectly matched our preferences and gave us clear, transparent pricing ranges. We were given an opportunity to view one of the propeties to see more or less what the upcoming properties will look like. On top of that, she shared upcoming floor plans and detailed all the customizable options and additional features available. She was incredibly proactive, even gave us contacts of a mortgage advisor for our affordability checks. I highly recommend her expertise to anyone looking for their next home!

We went today to have a look around this fantastic new development. Lianne couldn’t have been more helpful in showing us around one of The Gosford properties there. A beautiful home we can really see ourselves settling in easily. We left very excited about the possibility of living there in the near future. Thanks Lianne for sharing your time and expertise with us today.

We called in without making an appointment and were made very welcome by Alan. We explained what we were interested in and how much our budget was.

Alan showed us different options and invited us to look around the show house. We also looked around the site where public access was possible.
