Cannot rate APC highly enough. After a fire destroyed my entire flat, I reached out to APC for immediate help and they were wonderful at walking me through what happens next and reassuring me in what was obviously a very scary situation. Since then Joe has been my point person and has been absolutely incredible. He has been all over this case, fighting for my best interests with insurance company’s, surveyors, loss adjusters etc and honestly I would be in a terrible position without him. A perfect example - when the surveyor came to my property they looked in my bathroom and said “that’s fine, just a repaint job”. Joe immediately jumped in and showed them a moisture reading on the floor which indicated that the whole floor needed replacing! Without Joe there I would have been battling with mould and floor damage at a minimum for years to come This is one out of countless examples where Joe and APC have worked hard to represent me throughout this awful situation with an incredible work ethic and attention to detail.

On the claims side, Abhijeet has also been incredible at liaising with the loss adjustor directly, again going above and beyond to make sure my best interests are fought for. Tan was also fantastic as the first call with APC - reassuring me of what needed to happen next and being very compassionate to the situation.

I contacted All Property Claims following a leak and have been incredibly impressed with the service they provide and how they made a very stressful situation so much easier for me by handling negotiations with the Insurer and organising the renovations. I had water damaged ceiling from a leak in the kitchen of my rental property, All Property Claims handled the management of the insurance claim and the subsequent work to property. All property claims were great from the very first phone call explaining the processes and handling the claim following on from a water leak. Tom surveyed my property and was very extensive in he’s survey which maximised the claim to restore my property back to its previous condition. Abhijeet was also great in in liaising with the insurance company on my behalf and communicating with myself

We had a leak in our kitchen which caused all the floors to be soaked and swollen and need replacing. This was stressful for us as we knew very little about what to do next, until we spoke to APC and they immediately reassured me this could be sorted.

They acted really well as an intermediary between us and the insurers and made sure to put us, the customer, first. They provided updates regularly and the work was done to a good standard (there were a few bits to snag, but they ensured this was done until we were happy with it)

We had approached a few contractors to fix a bathroom leak and received widely different responses. APC was a last resort, and I am glad we went with them. While they use third party contractors, they were very clear about the process and involved during every step with realistic timelines.
Abhijeet handled our claim, and his attention to detail, and follows ups were excellent. His professional and practical approach to the claim was commendable.
Ben and Imed did the property survey and were extremely helpful in how we should proceed with the works. Imed was especially reassuring after a difficult claims adjustor meeting.
The contractors assigned were very professional as well, however there could have been better communication between APC and the contractors for the scope of works.

Jo was very helpful and professional but most of all very honest what they could and couldn’t do which I respected and sadly meant they the right people for my job that’s a specialist area. Tan and Matt were extremely helpful with arranging and sorting out the whole process to having my insurance claim filed and approved after I suffered a horrendous water leak issue and had no idea where to begin with sorting out repairs. They provided an outstanding service from start to finish in handling my insurance claim for significant water damage affecting both the bathroom and bedroom of a flat that I rent out.

The circumstances surrounding the claim were extremely challenging. The insurer was consistently unresponsive, caused substantial delays throughout the process, and frequently needed to be chased on an almost daily basis.

Abhijeet at AllPropertyClaims took this burden completely off my shoulders, persistently following up with the insurer and ensuring that the claim continued to move forward despite the many obstacles.

Their knowledge of the insurance claims process is exceptional. They understand every stage of the journey, know all the common pitfalls to avoid, and provided invaluable advice throughout. It quickly became clear that attempting to manage a claim of this complexity independently would have been a major mistake. Unless you deal with insurance claims professionally, you simply will not achieve the same outcome or navigate the process as effectively as they can.

The damage will require extensive remedial works (in the flat which is practically a new-build with a high-spec design), including the complete stripping of the bathroom walls and floor, the removal and replacement of the wooden flooring throughout the flat, and the replacement of plasterboard walls that were heavily affected by black mould. The scale of the damage and complexity of the claim made professional representation essential.

What stood out most was their persistence, professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They genuinely acted in my best interests throughout and ensured that the insurer met its obligations despite repeated delays and a lack of responsiveness.

I will update this review regarding AllPropertyClaims' Works Team and their contractor once the repair works have been completed. The works have not yet started but are due to commence shortly. However, based on my experience with AllPropertyClaims so far, I am confident that the works will be carried out to a high standard and that I will be satisfied with the entire process from start to finish.
