I placed order 73198871 on 3/26/24. THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE. I have reached out to them multiple times. No one will even respond to me.

This place is such a scam. They sent me the incorrect order and when I emailed their returns department for an exchange, kept receiving random responses about them having tried to call and text me. Never received a call, text or voicemail from them. Still not sure why it couldn't be done over email. Have yet to receive a refund or my actual order.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They don't even respond to any emails. I ordered a pair of shoes from them but it's been a whole month and they haven't even shipped them. Piss poor website will not be recommending to anyone

Website does not offer any form of returns. I wanted to check out the material. If it was not to my standards, wouldve sent it back.

Do not order from this company . If your order is shipped wrong as far as size or product they will not do the process of exchanging for the right product there is literally no way to get in touch with them . They handle there business very poorly

This company fosters a toxic work environment filled with unnecessary drama. Additionally, their so-called 'Brand X' shirts are just relabeled Gildan t-shirts with the original tags removed. They also engage in questionable design practices, taking inspiration from well-known brands and making only minor alterations.

I brought a pair of jeans from them they no damn well they sent me the wrong ones on purpose keep you’re money in your pocket.. don’t listen to those fake reviews saying just follow what they tell you to do… trust that’s them making that sh!t up… stay away I promise you you are gonna be making a preview next…

Order a jersey with no problem. Ordered a second jersey but was the wrong size. Followed the instructions to return and exchange for a different size. No response from chat, email and phone calls. Website return page will not allow entry of data. Automated phone message stated callback then hangs up. Will never do business with them again.

Any and everything i order something either I don't get the right item or they send it to small or I just don't get my item at all. Call and call and call I even called the mall in Atlanta and they say they don't have a phone for us to call. The security I talked to said yea they don't have a number you would have to go to the mall and talk to the people. I order things and only get 1 part of my order. I have been going thru this bs with this company. You will.need a lawyer. They are stealing our money and that's night right. I still have all my paper work and still no item. Been waiting for 3 items for months. Don't order stuff it from.them. they stole almost 300 from me

They rob u of ya money don't do it cause if it's to small or big u can't return let alone speak with someone through phone or email it just bad all around the board they don't ship all ya items they don't do refunds/replacements and they don't have good customer service to save ANYONES LIFE an if they do call u they gonna lie and say pick another item as well as offer u a free item but in reality u ain't getting neither your original order or the replacement with the offered free item

Did work for there Gulfport MS location and they refuse to pay.

Me and my husband both did separate orders. We have order from then before and we received all of our items. This time we did the buy 2 jerseys get 1 free. Like stated before we did separate orders. Is now May 2,2024 and we have only received 3 out of the 6 items. We both had called numerous time like they have a automated message and no one ever picks up. We also emailed them and the email gets kicks back saying that is undeliverable. Is frustrating because we going to have to reach out to the bank to get our money back. We will never order from them and i will be reaching out to bbb so more ppl are aware of these scam. Got tracking numbers but it’s been saying waiting to be ship. Ppl don’t order from them they are a scam.

I purchased three jerseys for my son online. It arrived quickly and they were great, unique designs and quality. I got them on sale 3 for $100. Very happy with my purchase .

Going through the same thing all the other reviews stated. No communication. Never shipped my order. Basically robbed me without a gun. I recommend to never order from this company. It's a scam

There customer service is a joke to say the least, it's some automated trash that doesn't even have the capacity to take messages. They don't answer emails nor do they respond to there social media accounts. To put the icing on the cake these were supposed to be Christmas gifts smh. I've been way more than patient with their horrible customer service, ordering three items from you guys on December 7th 2023. And now here it is January 18th 2024 and I've only received one item. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. This would be small claims in court proceedings. But it's the principle behind it. This is incredibly wrong that this company would jerk around people's hard earned money. With no resolution, no response, no respect. I will be reporting you to a few places. And possibly see you in court as well. Unbelievable.

I also have the same issue. I ordered 11 items and have only received 2. The other 9, cannot get a reply. Their phone line is a computer generated message and a live person never picks up. They also do not reply to their Instagram or email requests. Do not order from here as you may never receive your items. I will reach out and have the credit card company reverse the charge but that doesn't resolve the issue that I really needed the items.

TLDR: don’t bother, if you have a choice.

It’s a shame I have to give this site such a poor rating as there was some serious potential here. I have to date bought 4 items from them. The first was fantastic in design and quality, unfortunately I got it in a size too small (that’s on me). The fact that they don’t restock what customers would actually buy is on them though. Most of the things currently up for sale is garbage as far as design quality goes.

The next 3 items I purchased after that were set to be as good as the first until they failed to ship 1/3. I had to file a claim with the payment company to force them to ship (this is something other people have experienced as well) based on reviews on their site.
