Travelled 40min to exchange a Christmas gift on Boxing Day. I asked could I have an exchange please. I was told “we are not doing exchanges or refunds today or tomorrow”. I explained I had just travelled 40 mins and was bluntly told no. The girl next to her said ‘I’ll just do it-rather rudely! She asked for my receipt of which I said “it was a gift, I don’t have one”. Tags were attached but she didn’t even look at them and then said “I can’t do it” you need the receipt and all customers are told you need the receipt. I repeated It was a gift, she then said “get in contact with the person and get the receipt! And that was it! She then rudely said here’s the email to customer service, contact them- which were closed! I had exchange for Kmart (no docket), pleasant staff, not a problem, voucher issued. My daughter works at best and less, their exchange/refund procedure is to help the customer, not treat them like crap! There were NO signs stating no refund/exchange for 2 days NOR was it advertised on the website! I have never heard of anything so ridiculous and devoid of customer service. This was at the Forster store, she clearly gave me her name to use and said “I just work here”. I wouldn’t want you on my staff

dreadful products - really poor quality and couldnt even fit a small child. The material is shockingly poor quality - it felt tacky and thin. Absolutely disgusting do not buy anything from this company. I wish I had read these reviews before as they are completely right - the clothing is trash.

Just received order in the mail. After waiting two months to get it, I open it and it’s the worst quality ever. The pictures are deceptive. The fabric is literally see through. Some things I ordered didn’t even get sent. I want my money back. I emailed and seems there is no way to contact company directly. Spent $200! This should be illegal!

Deceptive photography and vague product/fabric descriptions. It's tempting, but please save yourself money and toil - DO NOT order from this terrible website. It was almost comical how poorly made the items I ordered were. I would laugh if I didn't pay $100. Now I'll cry instead. DON'T DO IT.

I placed an online order 10 days ago and arranged for a click and collect at the Rundle Mall store. I needed it for a special occasion and it stated that that it would be delivered 6 days later but I had not been able to track this order. Today I went into the store to see if it had arrived and of the 3 staff members only 1 was helping customers. This was in my lunch break so I was pressed for time and instead the other 2 did everything they could to avoid offering their help, even standing and picking off their nail polish!! What kind of customer service training do these people receive?? Don't work in a service industry if you can't be of service! And this is not even mentioning the false advertising around the promised delivery dates as they know that they'd lose so much business if they were honest about the actual delivery dates. I wont be doing any further shopping here!!

Does anyone know how you make a formal complaint for these companies that do not provide a service. I have no phone number but would love to escalate this appalling service to a high level.

Shambles. Ordered in november. Contacted multiple times, no response. Not recieved products. Refund now please

Update: have now contacted 4 times. No response. Refund now please. Going to open refund with paypal

Ordered 28th Nov and emailed 4 times. No reply and no order received

Hi Ally,
I have a similar issue as others. My order was placed in November and has not yet arrived.
The tracking number indicates it has been in transit for 9 days.
I understand the couriers are busy, but as a comparison I purchased a pair of Jordans last Monday and they arrived by Friday.
I purchased another order from Surf Stitch which was received within 5 days.
I doubt the order will be received by Christmas.

The same as some other reviews here. I ordered a Christmas jumper in November which was due 10th December and on the day it was supposed to arrive I got a message to say it was delayed by 5 to 15 days so I might not get it on time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered four Christmas jumpers early November, received an email to say they won’t be here before Christmas. Emailed several times, no response, now raising dispute with PayPal

*edit* I have sent three emails with no response. Items arrived this morning, very cheap fabric with plastic transfers instead of the sparkly patterns shown on the pictures. Also sizing is ridiculous - Large would fit a 3 year old. If you want a cheap looking sweatshirt fine, but make sure you order at least four sizes larger than normal. Would return but it’ll cost more than the refund I would receive.

Placed an order mid November for delivery today 10th December; received an email today saying it is delayed and due for delivery in 5-15 days. This is a Christmas present for my granddaughter, which she is now unlikely to receive. Having read the reviews, I wish I’d swerved this site!

Ordered 2 xmas tops back near beginning of November... received an email to say I probably won't receive them till after Xmas.... disappointed

The worst website to order your clothes. It takes weeks untill it arrives and than you also can’t return what you ordered… plus the quality is bad, looks very cheap.

Purchased a few items from allylikes. Contacted their customer service team in order to change an item that hasn’t been shipped. But no ones seemed to bother. It’s like their customer service team don’t exist.

Don’t be fooled. Not worth the hassle to try and find someone to contact.

I cannot contact this company because I have not received my order dated 03/11/21. Even though they have provided a contact email address, It is not going through after trying several times. Slowly losing trust in this company. Where are my goods which are fully paid for?

Horrible poorly made clothing that did not look anything & material was do thin it was see through and my finger could easier puncture it. I ordered a metallic party dress and a glam white jumpsuit . Waist of money & time .

This is the 1st time I write an online review, and my advice to you, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEB SITE!!. I purchased 8 dresses on Oct/12 and I only received 1 article. I have sent them 3 e-mails and I haven't received any notice from them. The dress I received is way too big and the return process is impossible to complete. So DISAPPOINTED!! Where are my dresses??? Where is my money??
