Issue happens but 100% will be fixed. Never regret to partner with them.

Unstable agency and unfriendly help. I have tried to use a total of 6 ad accounts from Almar Media since October last year, and they were all eventually disabled.

Very annoying to grow your business, so I started using other agency accounts, which did work.

A few days ago, I received a notification from Almar Media that my account would expire, and then I stated that I am good for now and don't want to use ad accounts because of the blockages, and I thanked them for their service.

Then Almar responded that my ad accounts have never been blocked and that it is very strange that I had a bad experience. They said that there are no accounts that never get blocked (just weren't they blocked yet?), and cynically wished me good luck finding a good ad account (which thankfully I have long since found).

Very unprofessional, so I won't recommend.

Also, they do not provide invoices. They keep saying they're waiting on the financial team.

The support team is so fast I can't believe, they reply in five minutes no matter the time of the day. The ad accounts are pretty strong too considering my weight loss ads are agressive.

Good Service, No Issues

They offered me a Bing account that I bought for 150 usd after a discount, besides it was badly configured (Italian language), targeting the US, I deposited 100 usd and did the first ads, using the domain that was assigned and verified on that account, normal ads done by GPT before that, even starts the account suspended, of course they said they don't guarantee anything, yes it's true, but the result was also terrible, I don't recommend it

Almar is a great agency if you are looking for good facebook ad accounts without getting banned. My accounts work fine and they are fast in the topups.

the worst agency I ever worked with. They changed the terms of the package 1% top-up fee to 10% and refused to give me a refund for the monthly subscription. They are scammers and I advise you to stay away. I only got 5 days with accounts then they were removed and they didn't take any responsibility for that. I have all messages and chats with them and can prove my point. If anyone is interested just send me an email or something and I will gladly send you evidence.
