One of the worst experiences with…
One of the worst experiences with optics shops I have ever dealt with either inside or outside Egypt. I purchased sun glasses from them on first of January, went home and changed my mind as didn’t like how it looked on me, I had to travel to Cairo so I left it in home and went I came back, went to the store to return it on the 8th of January, first they mentioned that I am not able to return it just replace, then said we will return but we have to bring it to the lap first to check and validate that “ it is not used” !!! Nothing mentioned about that in their policy and it is CLEARLY VISIBLE that the sun glasses is not used by Naked eye. So be aware that in case you needed to return something because you didnt like it or changed your mind.
