I love the ilcons system. And when I signalled that the Spot package was outdated, Ramy reached out to me with the missing parts. Great product and service. I can't wait to order a custom made hero illustration...

I've worked with Ramy on a really big project - like, 180 illustrations big! I had all these specific ideas about how things should look, from characters to items, and even some tricky subjects to get just right. And guess what? Everything turned out perfect.

I only needed 2 revisions—seriously, just 2! Can you believe it? I'm a designer too, so I know how crazy it is to have only two rounds of revisions. That's how awesome Ramy and his team are. Highly recommend for any company, big or small - they deliver top-notch work every time.

This is a subscription for a year. I bought might and barely used it, and now I cannot download anything anymore.
I think it should be CLEARER that it's just for 1 year and after that you have to renew.
Otherwise I would have gone and download the entire thing to a cloud drive or something.
EDIT: After I talked to support they fixed my account and I have access to it again. but of course, not to the updates.
I still think it should be clearer.

Ramy is a total genius. We showed him an idea of what we wanted, some instructions on what we needed for our visuals, and he delivered like nobody's business. We even had to do a major style change, right as he was already half done, but he was such a trooper and made the revisions anyway, with a lot more extra details to spare.
