Alomie Avis 

So my order never arrived just like everyone else here. But I used @Klarna for payments. So I contacted them already 3times with proof my order is somewhere in England and not here in Belgium, that they never contacted me back and that the website is offline… proof of scamming… and they keep telling me Alomie showed proof of delivery. Did anyone else had this happening and what did you do? It’s driving me insane that I have to pay for something I never received.

If I could give 0 stars I would. SCAM. If it seems too good to be true, it’s is. I ordered 2 chairs via their ad on TikTok & was sent 2 cheap travel neck pillows - blow up ones. Claimed my money back. DO NOT USE.

Absolute scammers! Do not order from this company, false tracking given! Apparently delivered by Cj packet about 3 hours away from me! Lies lies lies!
Problem is I paid through klarna uk and they have closed my case twice in their favour as they supplied tracking delivery details! Now I cannot open another claim! Why should I pay £35 for a chair I haven’t received??? Klarna still want me to pay no one is listening to me! Any advice on what to do I would appreciate

I ordered 2 chairs on may 4th paid in full, no chairs delivered and I can’t even find a link to contact them, bloody scammers/thieves 😡

Ordered 2 chairs. Never arrived. Tracking link now doesn't exist. Tried contacting company with no reply. Had to get refund from bank

A complete scam!!! Ordered two chairs, no update then suddenly the company link doesn’t work and no delivery updates?!! So awful, how do we report this?!

Me han estafado, no tengo informacion de envio, ni contestan mis e mail, he solicitado al banco devolucion por la compra, banco me contesto despues de una semanan que segun les consta ya se me hizo devolucion ,eso les contestaron porqie dinero nunca me llego a la cuenta!!!! Otra vez he vuelto solicitar al banco devolucion de dinero!

Scam scam scam ordered a chair and it has never come. They even send fake delivery updates.

So im guessing its a scam 🫠🫠🫠🫠. Out of pocket ,no chairs and no website anymore. Its a complete scam

This company are scammers. I ordered a chair waited for 6 weeks. They said it was left on porch - I do not have a porch. Now they will not reply. DO NOT USE

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews before ordering….same thing, says delivery was made to an address in Gloucester, I live 180 miles away!! Santander have been investigating, money returned to account.

Notification of delivery but order never received. They don’t answer emails and I’ve never had a refund.

Scammers do not order they do not reply to any emails ordered 2 chairs and had no delivery of the item or any co tact with the company

Total scam. Ordered a chair, received a neck pillow. No replies to requests for return. Now the website is deleted. At least I did receive something which a lot of other reviewers didn't. Am trying to reclaim via bank payment dispute process but I doubt I'll get any money back. Should be an option to give no stars.

I ordered two rocking chairs... They are still taking my money from tik tok and I don't know how to stop the transactions..I haven't received any chairs

I ordered 2 lovely garden rocking chairs for £52 from a company called Alomie. I was send order confirmation, delivery information. However my order 2as apparently delivered 200 miles away from my delivery and billing address.

I have contacted the company numerous times through their only contact information which is email address and haf no response what so ever. So a trip to my bank to see if that can help. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Do not give these scammers any of your money ! Ordered a chair , apparently Yodel delivered it to an address 100 miles away from where I live . Courier company supposedly used are CJ Packet , another lot of lying scammers by sounds. Said wrong address is sellers fault. Guess what , now Alomie site appears to be down and no reply to any emails . Thank God was only £35 I guess. Why are places like Amazon, TicTOk and Instagram allowing these robbing criminals to advertise on their sites? Lesson learnt !

Don’t use this company. They send you an email claiming your order is on it’s way and it does not show up. You cannot get a hold of their customer service either. They claimed my order has been “dropped off to my postbox” (I live in an apartment and don’t have one) Fraudulent company flagged with trading standards.

Same as everyone else - order pod chair in April and many wasted hours later (jun) still not recieved anything Shopify doesn’t help either. They’re facilitating the SCAMMERS ALOMIE by still having them in their site. They should be ashamed. No help at all. AVOID ALOMIE AT ALL COSTS.
