I have recently made an offer on a residential property and required a Level 2 RICS building survey.
I contacted Hayley and she was efficient and speedy in her response and quotation.
Jason the Surveyor collected the keys from the estate agent and completed the survey a few days later without fuss.
Excellent customer service and highly recommended.

Alpine did a follow up structural survey on some issues identified in a home buyers survey. I have not had the full report yet as the survey was done just before Christmas, but I am very grateful for Abbas the structural engineer giving me a call on Christmas Eve to provide an overview of his findings. Alpine were also very flexible with the date and time of the survey. So far very satisfied with the service and look forward to receiving the full report.

Abbas attended this morning to complete a structural survey on an old residential property due to internal cracks. Awaiting full report but after a thorough inspection of the property he has found no structural issues, therefore allaying any concerns. He was very knowledgeable about older properties and their upkeep.

Abbas was great! He explained everything very throughly and made sure to inspect the walls very well. I had never needed a structural engineer before so i didn’t know what to expect and Abbas made sure everything was clear - I walked away with an understanding of what was needed.

Firstly we had great communication from Chris who replied clearly and promptly, and arranged a structural survey within just a few days. George attended our property right on time, was very thorough and took time to explain the intricate details of the survey and his findings, in a simple way to understand. We received the report within the advertised timeframe of 7 working days which was very comprehensive and gave us great reassurance about the structural integrity of our property.

Alpine Surveys provided a RIC Level 2 survey for a property purchase. I was delighted with their service from start to finish.

I don't recommend this company.

I hired them for a damp survey in January 2022. We disagreed on the findings of the survey report. I believe it was penetration from defective sealants around the window, while Alpine believe it was condensation.

Subsequently I issued a court claim for a refund. The case was eventually settled out of court before trial. The terms of the settlement are confidential.

My overall experience with this company was unpleasant.
