Extremely unprofessional and very forceful
Extremely unprofessional and very forceful to take their umrah package. As a customer I have every right to either accept or deny the quote. A quote has been to given to my uncle and upon further research of the same hotel and same flights I found a difference of £450 per person. My uncle then decided not to use their services. Whilst disclosing via WhatsApp I then recieved a very poor response. I then advised the agent this is not how to conduct business. His response then was, his time was wasted and he should've never dealt with such people like us. Referring to my as a kid. This is a very poor character for someone who is dealing with a spiritual umrah package. I'm very happy for my uncle who hasn't taken their package. If they behaving like this, imagine how they would've behaved on tour?!
Avoid them at all cost.

Kaleem Hashmi rude advisor not helpful. As a customer I still need to make my mind up what package suits me. Kaleem is forcing me set up a deal. You can't send rude messages to customers
