I had a wonderful experience with Ahmad and the entire team. They were always quick to respond to my questions and provided excellent support throughout. I’m truly grateful for their help and services. I would definitely reach out to them again in the future, InshaAllah!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. We booked an Umrah package through them, but they failed to deliver what they promised. They made false promises, handled our case very poorly, and have kept our money for almost eight months without providing the service or issuing a refund.

Communication has been terrible. They rarely respond to messages, and when they finally do after several days, they simply say, “We’ll get back to you tomorrow,” but nothing ever happens. They continue to ignore our requests for updates and a refund.

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would choose it without hesitation. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating available, and even that feels too generous.

Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to be very careful before dealing with this company. We trusted them with our money, but they failed to provide the promised service and have shown no professionalism or respect for their customers. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had.

I booked my umrah with them but due to unavoidable circumstances I couldn’t travel and I requested for cancellation which they acknowledged. As per the conditions in the invoice I am eligible for 100% refund. I contacted them several times but they don’t respond and haven’t refunded a single penny. Shameless people cheating people in the name of holy Umrah. Don’t book with them.

Guy 1st didn't provide me accurate information, his supervisor has to get involved....
I paid deposit and they sent my invoice with someone else's flight bookings, pasted on my invoice... idk if they dont consider it a mistake or wht then asking me a valid reason that why i dont want to proceed with them.
Then agreed to refund deposit, and now i hv made 20-30 calls, no response...
responded 2 days ago now that in 24 hours it will refunded.. after that again ignored for 2 days….will not recommend.

We had an amazing experience with this Umrah travel agency, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. They organised our Umrah trip for 8 of us, and everything from start to finish was handled so smoothly and professionally.

The booking process was clear and stress-free, all our questions were answered promptly, and they were always available whenever we needed support. Flights, hotels, transfers, and Umrah arrangements were all well organised, which made the journey so much easier—especially when travelling in a large group.

Amazing journey to the Holy places. Mohammed Ahmad was with us all the way since day one to the end. Everything was planned perfectly. Pick up from Jeddah to hotel, ziyarats in Makkah, makkah go madina travel and then ziyarats there as well. Choice of the hotels very good. 5 mins walk to gate 310 of masjid e nabvi and 10 mins walk to masjid alharam gate number 79.
Will recommend using Baitulkaabahtours.

Masha'Allah, Mohamed Ahmad has been a great leader of the Baitulkaaba Tours Agency, along with his colleagues Ms. Madiha and Hassan are also a member of the team. They really looked after our trip from Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Madinah and Madinah to Jeddah, Jeddah to Dubai till we get home from Dubai to London, the Car coaster was on time at the Jeddah airport we didn’t have to wait for them. Very well organised. Thank goodness for that.
Again, from Makkah to Madinah 4 hours travel time. It was a great experience with such a kind driver. He dropped us in right in front of our Hotel. And the next morning was a surprising Ziyarat around Madina. It was amazing touring with our friends and family. That unexpected trip. Thank you so much, Baitulkaaba Tour deserved a 5 Stars. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to go to Umrah packages. Jazakallahu khairan.

I recently booked the last Ramadan package and I was throughly impressed. The location was perfect, the food was delicious and the hotel management was top notch. Overall it was an excellent experience and highly recommended.
