Alhamdulilah! On 5th November we went to Umrah with Alsama tours with my wife. We have been recommended alsama tours by one of our family friend who visited Umrah earlier this year. We were really impressed how alsama tours organised the whole trip including the vip coach transfers and the selection of high quality hotels in Makkah and Madinah. We really enjoyed the train ride from Madinah to Makkah. We definitely recommend alsama tours for Umrah booking.

It was an amazing group umrah experience with Alsama tours. Me, my wife and my child went to Umrah 1st time. Alsama tour was really organised and provided us with top quality hotels in Makkah and Madinah. Both Hyatt regency in Makkah and Frontel Al Harithia in Madinah was only 1 min walking distance to haram. We have really enjoyed the group ziarah tour in Makkah and Madina. We highly recommend Alsama tours for quality umrah experience.

Al Sama - A highly recommended team for Umrah

Recently I went wit alsama and as they told us how everything will be and they did alhumdulillah everything as they said … my umrah journey was amazing..one of my best trip so far .

My wife and I booked an Umrah package with Alsama in November 2023. It was our first Umrah, and alhamdulillah, the team made it an excellent experience for us. We were looked after from the moment we arrived at the airport and completed the whole spiritual journey without a glitch.

We were provided with transfers in Madinah and Makkah, and on alternate days they took us on road trips to key Islamic sites. The sheikh explained the history & duas we needed to complete. We also visited the following:

>> Madinah = Masjid Quba, Masjid Hamza, Masjid Qiblatayn.
>> Makkah = Jabal Nur, Jabal Rahma, Arafat, Muzdalifa, Mina, Jabal Thawr, Masjid Jinn.

The Umrah itself was a fantastic experience. We arrived in Makkah following a very quick bullet train from Madinah and were guided through the process with no troubles at all.

The facilities were fantastic… both hotels were 5* with extensive buffet breakfasts and facilities. Both were located directly next to the haramain, so we could reach the mosques in a few minutes. All our luggage was safely transported for us.

Alhamdulillah the team looked after us the entire journey and all our requests were catered for. A big thanks to the Alsama team. We will be booking with you again!

Al sama tours has done a wonderful Umrah trip. I went in 2011 and it does not compare to my recent Umrah trip with Al sama. From the hotels, food and transportation everything was organised so well and they looked after us so well. I had my elderly parents with me on my umrah trip and they went above and beyond to cater to their needs as well as my own. I would highly recommend booking with Al sama for a smooth experience where you don't need to think about anything apart from your ibada. Thank you so much, inshallah will recommend to others.

Our experience with ALSAMA Tours was so amazing. They provided outstanding service with a highly experienced workforce. The ALSAMA Tours organized our Umrah much special by committing great hospitality from airport to Madina and Makkah.
This was the first time Umrah for me along with my wife and my mother. They took very good care of us. Particularly for my mother who is 78 years old with her special needs.
This Umrah trip was very well structured letting us to optimum use of our time. We have nothing to complain about their services. Their services were included return Flights, Meet and greet, Airport transfer, 5 Star Hotels which were very closed to Masjid al-Nabawi and Masjid al-Haram, Ziarah tours in Makkah and Madinah.
An Umrah seminar organized by this team was the highlight of the trip for me as a first time Umrah performer, it was very inspiring and made our Umrah easier and perfection followed by Sunnah. Alhamdulillah.

Had an amazing time at umrah with the team. The team were great and would definitely go again Inshallah. Hotel was lovely and clean and the umrah itself was just amazing. Words cannot describe the trip.

The experience was great for a number of reasons.
1. communication was great, every step of the way I had prompt responses and a great deal of help when needed.
2. The booking was very simple, brother Sahid went out of his way to give me a good price and accommodate to my requests.
3. Transport was brilliant, only problem was the management of the drivers were abit if an issue.
Eventually it did get resolved.
4. The hotel in medina was not upto standard but the distance to the mosque was brilliant like I was told in my booking.

Had an amazing time and peaceful where everything was taken care of and the service was above and beyond. How Al Sama went out their way to make our umrah great and allow us to make the most of our time with no hassle to us. Amazing service and people are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone that this is the umrah service to use.

Alsama Tours provided us an amazing experience for Umrah. From start to finish we were given helpful resources and information to help us on the journey. The Alsama Team were always there to help with any questions or issues. Any issues was promptly handled.

I want to thank the Alsama Team as my family and I felt looked after throughout. The Hotels and Tours booked were also excellent both for location and accessibility.

Amazing experience with Al Sama tours, everything went smoothly Alhamdulillah and any issues such as delays were resolved promptly. I found the PDFs provided before the ziyaarah tours were very useful. A female guide was provided during the Rawdah which was extremely beneficial, it would be ideal if there was a female guide throughout the tour. Overall the experience was unforgettable

Pros -
Alsama group made the journey very easy non-stressful as if anything was delayed or went wrong they did their best to recover from it without making their tourers stress. Everyone in the group was very helpful when it came to the historical landmarks as it was well spoken about. We had enough time to see all historical landmarks which was excellent.

Little gifts from the group was very helpful for me to do my umrah and my day to day prayers.
Lastly a very nice gesture from the group on giving out food when we missed the lunch time for the train from jeddah to makkah as it showed they cared about our comfort towards the journey. Very helpful for handling with our luggages from hotel to hotel and keeping it safe and arriving on time.

Cons -
My only con for my experice with Alsama group would be showing us instead of telling us where food places are or where the shopping malls are however, that was not that important but would be nice know so you don't get lost or confused.

It was a very good trip. Everything was well planned and on time.

Everything was laid out smoothly. The trip was a great success, everyone worked so hard to satisfy our needs. Any complications was immediately sorted out. I could not ask for a better experience. The hospitality was extraordinary and rare to find such care nowadays.

Alsama tours is an excellent company. Good Umrah experience with Alsama tours , Hotels were both close in Makkah (Hayat regency) and Medinah (fronted al harithia ) I would recommend my friends and family to use them. They delivered everything that they promised and they have met my expectations. The team very experienced and very helpful. The package price is very reasonable compared to what I paid in the past. I will definitely use them again in the future.
