Only one thing better than ordering online and that’s
shopping in the shop. Love this shop, lovely atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. We are in Keswick for Christmas so will definitely be popping in for last minute Christmas gifts.

Such lovely things to choose from. I have always been a regular visitor to the shop in Keswick but currently am not able to get there due to hip surgery. The online shopping had been most welcome. Prompt delivery and the everything as gorgeous in reality as in the pictures. Thank you

An excellent service! The staff were so helpful advising over the telephone about the picture I had seen online.
I ordered online and received it the next day as I asked if they could deliver first class. The picture arrived so well packaged.

Great Shopping Experience
Easy website to use. Great pricing and delivered within 4 days. Will use the on line service again. Although being at the Keswick shop on our trip in May is a must.

Fab gifts and great Customer Service
Having visited the shop previously when on holiday I have brought a few items mail order because they sell some lovely items and the Customer Service is exceptional.
